Fast and expert help over several days solving problems of my making
Fast and expert help from the support team even over the Christmas/New Year period.
I see some of the 1* reviews suggest that the 5* reviews are not genuine.
I can assure them that my review is totally genuine and was not even asked for by Unlimited webhosting. I have been with the company for many years and as a total non-it expert I use them to host 3 small websites for family members with small self employed businesses.
Whenever I have any problem the support team are friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and very patient with a non expert and help by explaining what to do and how to do it in simple terms that even I can understand.
A brilliant hosting company, superb and fast support who help when it is not their service that is at fault but problems due to my errors and lack of knowledge.
Great value.

Top notch hosting and service
The team at unlimited web hosting have been amazing so far I had a few issues where I took out a new hosting plan forgetting that I use to have a account with them they honoured the discount and this was all done at 10pm on a Sunday night with the support ticket being answered within 10 mins. I’m moving from a different host where I was paying a lot more. Trust me move your hosting to Unlimited you won’t be sorry.

Excellent Support
I've now been with UWH for around 5 years after leaving the dreadful TSOHost.
For the past 5 years UWH's support has been, and continues to be, absolutely excellent.
A customer recently had an issue with their MS Outlook (who doesn't) and the UWH support were spot on in their analysis.
No matter who at UHW takes the support ticket, they've always provided good advice to help in the resolution.

I moved over from another host to UWH…
I moved over from another host to UWH mainly due to the poor level of support from the previous, i would raise a support ticket which took days to answer but with Unlimited Web Hosting - they're hot on it, replying with the solution within 30 minutes. Very happy.

Very fast support and great service
I had an issue with my website propagating so I raised a support ticket and got an instant response back. The issue was resolved by Adam very quicliky and in an efficient manner. I have used other hosting providers in the past and have had a long wait for ticket replies. Would definately recommend.
