I’ve just picked up my Abarth after having a major service and it’s cambelt replaced at Unity in Kidlington and must say what a great experience it was, from the moment my car was booked in Tom and the service team couldn’t have been more friendly and helpful, I was kept up to date with all the work that was carried out, communication was excellent, I’ve been dealing with Unity for a couple of years now and nothing ever seems too much when you ask them questions.
I can’t thank Tom and the service team at Unity enough.
I’ll be back soon when it’s due it’s next service. 👍
So Tom, the guys in the workshop and everyone at Unity keep up the great work.

Called Leicester branch with an enquiry to buy a part, was told they would call me back that day or next day. 2 days later I called Coventry branch with same order, the guy wanted to tell me how my previous garage was incompetent (news? Why did he think I was ringing him myself?). Part needed to be ordered from Netherlands… he evaded the question twice that if I paid for it and it never showed up, at what point would they refund, after the 15 days, month? Etc. When I asked the question again he told me I was being rude! Decided to bite the bullet and asked him to order the part and could I give him my card details but he wanted to continue telling me why I had problems with my previous garage so I ended the call. Clearly does not want the business and would rather bad mouth other people!

Today I met with Tim and Mark who were both amazing from start to finish, the coffee was great too. They were knowledgeable and was helpful in getting the wheelchair I. And out of the cars. I purchased a 2014 BMW 428i from Unity Tredington in June 2022, dealing with Richard. He was very pleasant, trustworthy and informative to deal with.
He arranged for the car to be serviced, cleaned and MOT, and took me through the car operation and administration.
The car has performed perfectly, so all in all a great transaction.

I bought a used vehicle from Unity and dealt with Richard in the Tredington branch. He was friendly and professional and put a lot of work into the deal. First class communication from Richard and when we pick up the vehicle it looked stunning. Looked liked it had just left the factory. Would definitely recommend and I would purchase a vehicle from them in the future.

I found the perfect car for myself in Tredington, I was dealt by Richard who was great to work with and really went above and beyond. He also kept me well informed while I was waiting to collect my car. It was a pleasure to do business with him and I would highly recommend him.

I went to the MG showroom in Coventry where I was helped by Mike Chance.
He showed my children and I around some cars tried them out for comfort and to see if my son can get in and out as he has a disability. Although we didn't find anything that was adapted for my son Mike was a very helpful friendly man and put us all at ease and we didn't feel like we were a problem like we've felt in other showrooms. I had been searching for a VW Tiguan for a few weeks and decided to stop at the Unity garage in Tredington.
Richard, at Unity Tredington was great and I received excellent customer service from him. He showed me the car on the forecourt, he gave me the info on the car and then left me to take a look at it in my own time. I then explained I needed some time to think it through and work out my finances. Later that day, I decided to go ahead and purchase the car and give Richard a call to start the process. Once again, he was friendly, happy to help and made the process very simple.
He made the whole experience very pleasant, nothing was too much trouble, if this is typical of the standard set at Unity I highly recommend them.

As a young female, I get intimidated with going to garages. You hear horror stories of being over charged or charged for things you don’t need. I was greeted by Jack Anderson, with a friendly smile, and he was always so helpful answering any questions I had. He’s an asset to your team and I will be returning for any of my car needs, solely based on the service he provided. And it’s even tempting for me to buy my next car through you as well!

What a great experience. Probably my best yet. I was dealt with by Veejay and Jack at the Leicester Unity dealership. They went above and beyond to make the experience an exciting one. After having my last car stolen I was not happy about having to pay out for another, but these two gentlemen turned that experience into an exciting one whereby I managed to get a newer model with less miles for a decent price. Nothing was too much trouble and the small touches on the day I purchased the vehicle made me feel like a valued customer. They put a nice bottle of champagne in the car and had a reserved sign on a stand next to my new car at the front of the show room. Both of these guys went above and beyond and made me feel as though they shared my passion for the purchase. It was a different experience for me as usually once the sale is made, you are forgotten, but even after collection of the car they both have checked in regularly to ensure I am happy with the car etc. If I'm ever up that way and needing a car again, I would definitely go to Unity
