We have trade counters at each depot for call and collect business and seven vans delivering free of charge to a 60 mile radius of each branch. I was informed the next working day of ordering the goods that one of the items was out of stock and how would I like to proceed I agreed to proceed with the order I received the ordered good with in three days and the missing item in a week, very honest and professional company I’m looking forward to order many more welding equipment in the future
