“I’ve been with this water company for several years and overall service has been really reliable. Bills arrive clearly and on time, it’s easy to view everything online, and my usage is simple to understand. The water supply is consistent with good pressure and very few interruptions or issues. When I’ve needed help or had a query, the team were polite, friendly and sorted things out quickly. Updating my details was straightforward and no hassle at all.
