Has always a good experience before, parcel most likely has been lost but not fault of UB, but got a full refund quickly..can happen with anyone but just delivery company's lose stuff at times.

Since discovering the United Bricks website and company last October, it's been a real gem, a very pleasant surprise that offers several advantages. I've discovered a talent for product design based on history and documentation, admittedly summarized in the descriptions but interesting enough to keep me engrossed, and I've uncovered so many fascinating stories spanning various eras. Their slogan, "Building History," truly delivers on its promise.

Regarding my various purchases, I've had almost no errors. The few I've encountered have been handled with professionalism and efficiency—an undeniable quality that I must commend. The prices are frankly excellent, with exceptional products compared to competing sites. In my humble opinion, everyone can find something to suit their needs. I'm never disappointed with each visit to their website and I highly recommend it to anyone curious about history.

United Bricks is an incredibly unique and creative company where you will find products found no where else. They are unique in creating history lego minifigures of exceptional quality. They have amazing, people friendly customer service who will work with you to meet your needs. They are very open to new minifigure ideas and have implemented a few of mine. I would fully recommend for any history enthusiast or anyone at all.

Postage seems to take ages. And they don't keep you posted on posting times etc. I was left to wait nearly 2 weeks for items

Being a dedicated enthusiast of both Lego and the First World War, I am thrilled with these figures. The printing quality is outstanding. My only regret is not discovering them sooner, as many are limited editions or exclusives that I might not come across again.

The quality of the figs is amazing for the price. The British paras are one of the best purchases I have made in a while.

I have followed United Bricks for a number of years now and they are always a delight. I have started a collection of their extremely high quality minifigures. In all orders I have placed with the company the customer service is one of the best I have ever seen within a company especially with how busy they are. The shipping of there good is impeccable and always arrives on time if not early. I would like to say thank you to United Bricks and there team for great satisfaction and I will continue to buy from them.

Quick with packaging and sending. Good quality figures and accessories, on my 5th order now in 3 months and never had an issue. Just hope they keep the stock in at the minute as I want to buy so much more.
