I bought 2 X ART S8 rack mount balanced microphone splitting transformers from UniqueSquared and considering I'm based in the UK everything went very smoothly. I found the company staff friendly and the product arrived in a very reasonable time frame. I also bought 2 x ART PRO MPAII - 2 channel tube microphone preamplifiers and once again I found the service extremely good. Very nice people to do business with.
Absolute worst buying experience EVER. I bought a product from them and it was faulty when received. I contacted them for a replacement, and was told it was going to take about 2 weeks for me to receive a replacement. This was totally unacceptable. My company is losing income over this. Asked for a refund so I could go buy a replacement elsewhere, and was told it would take the same amount of time for that as well. I will NEVER shop with this company again!!
I had the worst experience with this seller i place a order for a package of loudspeaker almost 5K i did not received the order by the date amazon provided then i ask for a refund and to cancel the order because i didn't need it anymore and the seller refused to give my money back please beware of this seller worst customer service ever . 3 days and still waiting to fix this problem.
