Excellent customer service and beautiful holiday home.
The team and owners were really conscientious with ensuring the safety of our peanut allergic child.
They were friendly and informative in all of our interactions.
White Beach Cove was such a beautiful home to stay in. It had every amenity we could require and was immaculately clean.
The setting itself was stunning and peaceful, with just a short drive into Beaumaris. Our two children were able to relax but there were lots of activities relatively close by to keep them entertained (beach, walks, rib ride etc).
We had a lovely holiday and would definitely highly recommend.

We loved our stay at Tangle Belle. It’s a very special place and so beautifully decorated and furnished. Great to have an Aga as well. Lovely place to unwind and lots of nice places to visit with some great restaurants and pubs nearby too.

The unique homestays team are wonderful, absolutely fantastic customer service and incredibly responsive. We were able to use credit from a past booking that we unfortunately couldn't make and they made it very easy for us to use for a future stay. The home myself and my family stayed at was lovely, we had such an amazing time! I would definitely book with unique homestays again and would love to go back to the property we stayed at!

With a company name that suggests it delivers a type of property it was refreshing to see Unique Homestays delivers what it says on the tin:)

Throughout our booking Hannah dealt with us in a thoroughly professional manner which is refreshing as our stay did have a few issues. She is very good at her job and a credit to the industry and that comes from someone who has run a leisure company for 35 years!

Libertine ticks many of the boxes for those of us who are looking for a good location away from the madding crowd and is a lovely property. It is not though the best for a dog owner but hopefully the constructive comments will help the owners improve or withdraw from this facility given it costs £60 and the safe outdoor space is 20ft x 12ft and not well maintained. Similarly with a little bit more thought the hot tub area could be a delight and a secondary dog secure area.

Overall we had a lovely stay but with the owners the next property along the drive (next door) and not nearby we wouldn't have chosen this property as the delivery vans were the other dog issue.

To sum up Libertine ticks the right boxes for non dog owners and Unique Homestays are a credit to their industry and if it wasn't for Ivy (Cavapoo)the mark awarded would be 5 stars.

Senara is a great house for a large family. Brilliant layout for young children too.
Stroll to a great surf beach or chill by the pool. Can’t fault it! Till next year …,

My family has had two of our most favourite holidays ever with Unique Homestays. Northcott Beach House, where we stayed on both occasions, is in the most stunning location right on the cliff top of Cornwall’s gorgeous coastline, with easy access to the beach below. The view from all windows is spectacular - you never tire of watching the ever-changing sea! The house has everything you could wish for to make the holiday comfortable, luxurious, and very special. It’s an easy one mile walk directly from the house along the SW Coastal Path into nearby Bude, and the geology of this famous coastline is amazing. The service from Unique Homestays is second-to none. Thank you!

We stayed at The Studio in Upper Slaughter and could not have been happier. It's a old renovated barn and was much bigger than we expected. The photos really lived up to the hype! The owners were super helpful with any question or query we had and give us some great suggestions for things to do in the area as well as places to eat. We can't wait to go back and thanks to everyone at Unique Homestays for making the booking seamless and for helping us pick the perfect place for our week break in The Cotswolds.

I’d recommend Unique Homestays to anyone who is looking for quality, friendly, first class support and amazing holiday venues. Isla Windmill, Anglesey was the most wonderful venue we’ve ever stayed - totally recommend!

Fabulous, well equipped, comfortable cottage with wonderful views. The surrounding area is perfect for exploring, walking and relaxing.

Anthology Farm is such a special place to stay in a beautiful part of the Country— stunning views , excellent accommodation and facilities— welcoming , kind and helpful hosts.

This is our 4th stay with Unique Homestays and each one has been wonderful in their own unique way (the more you stay the more you realise how apt the company name is!). Little Inka is no exception to this experience and is a truly magical little place (I could wax lyrical about the interior design and the sylvan setting but you should really experience it for yourself!) with the alpaca experience being the icing on the cake. Wendy and Tom are wonderful hosts and we so enjoyed chatting with them about life with their alpaca herd! The service and contact from Unique Homestays has been great throughout all of our stays.

We spent five days at The Cable Hut, a lovely property available through Unique Home Stays. From the moment we arrived we could sense that we were in for a treat. The hut is nestled in splendid isolation just above two wonderful beaches and has stunning views across the coast. The property itself is bijou which only adds to its charm. It was spotlessly clean and, even though small, everything we needed had been thought of. The summerhouse was just the best place to sit and read, come rain or shine. There is loads to see and do in the surrounding area from sea swimming to bird watching, good food at pubs and restaurants and friendly faces wherever you go. There is so much to explore and we managed only a fraction of it, so will just have to return another year!

The whole team were totally professional from beginning to end. Delivered on everything they said in a truly personal way. Thus, showing their culture within their working environment. This represented our findings with the property. Top class, creating the best experience that I have encountered within a holiday/break organisation. Thank you to the wonderful team.

...to be honest it's more than I would normally spend on a short break. But for a special occasion, such as a honeymoon or anniversary, it really is worth pushing the boat out because everything was first class - couldn't fault it at all.

A beautiful, very well equipped house with an outstanding view of the beach and the sea. We would love to return in future.

We stayed at the hide in Perranporth for our honeymoon. It is a beautiful building architecturally and we booked it because of the outdoor terrace as we pictured sitting there spending the afternoon having a long bbq and drinking wine. Unfortunately the pictures don’t reflect reality as the outdoor grill has been replaced by a Weber bbq. Unfortunately the Weber bbq also had broken so our vision was not realised. When you pay such a premium for a stay in this property you do expect everything to work and be high quality. It made us question whether we were better off in a hotel for the same price, which for the price would have been a luxury 5 star hotel. Because the bbq didn’t work we had to cook inside and we were really disappointed with the cooking instruments. There was just an egg sized frying pan for frying, which again just made the experience sub par. There was an empty box of tin foil, the dishwasher door doesn’t properly open, and the fridge was leaking water. There were obviously amazing aspects like the big glass slanted window looking over the rolling hills, the rainforest shower, the hot tub, but I think it’s the practicalities of actually living here without the drama that’s being missed. It’s ok for something to look beautiful but it does need to work too. Unique homestays were apologetic when we spoke to them and they provided us a bottle of wine and a £50 rebate, but you only get that honeymoon experience once and it didn’t live up unfortunately. Personally I would stay in a hotel next time, or go somewhere where I can see every review for that property without them being filtered eg Airbnb.

The description of our property Saffron Towers was exactly as described. Great communication from Unique homestays, and the owner of the property. We had comprehensive directions and advice on places to visit/see and eat at. The facilities at Saffron Towers were excellent, the swimming pool, sauna, use of the gym and the use of the hot tub which had fantastic view over the sea. Overall it was a smooth and great experience
