Unique Heating gave me a quote, then scheduled a visit to agree the installation of Air Conditioning. Following that visit I heard nothing. Upon chasing them, after nearly a month, they informed me that they had decided that they could NOT install A/C for me. Having made that decision they obviously had no intention of passing that information on just "GHOSTING ME" to use the current vernacular.
Brought my bathroom suite and equipment from this establishment. I wanted to return a tallboy unit because it was to big to fit. I spoke Arshad MADANI who said that he could not to anything because of the length of time. Due to COVID19 and other issues from my bathroom fitter. He didn't not take this situation into consideration.
Have now just realised that a hair line crack underneath of one of the bathroom basin.It could be that either the bathroom damaged the basin during installation of the basin. I have requested replacement for the basin. He said he get in touch his supplier.
Now when I have called him he doesn't not answer my calls.
This business is one worst establishment I have ever dealt with. Just greedy for the money and useless in customer service.
I would advise you not to buy anything from this establishment.
We Called these guys after seeing them on social Media. The guy i spoke to was polite and offered advise i needed. Even though it wasnt the same area they went out their way to accommodate me and get the job booked. The engineer turned up & did a good clean job. This business was the Cheapest online compared to 9 other quotes! Great service and i will be using them again! Thanks guys
