Unique Building Services, commonly referred to as Unique Temporary Fencing, has consistently failed to compensate their contractors, leading to a significant financial loss of $19,000 on my part. My dealings with them have spanned a considerable amount of time, and it became increasingly evident that as the genuine and dedicated team members began to depart, I received multiple warnings indicating that UBS is, in fact, a sinking ship.We made earnest attempts to address some minor issues that had been raised, yet all we received in response was a deafening silence. Initially, they were unwilling to participate in mediation; however, once I mentioned the possibility of removing the products from the insured property, they suddenly expressed a desire to engage in conversation. Regrettably, it is far too late for that now.I anticipate that you will craft a ridiculous response attempting to deny any accountability, but I am prepared to share all relevant evidence publicly, allowing others to form their own judgments. Your actions are utterly shameful, and you should be deeply embarrassed by your conduct.
