If I could give this a zero I would

If I could give this a zero I would!
Paid for next day delivery - delivery wasn't attempted and instead went to a shop (DPD issue) Uniqlo then requested the parcel be returned and wouldn't reschedule.

Customer service was basically computer says no, won't resend, won't reschedule and won't refund beforehand. Absolutely shocking!
This was a Christmas present for my son - not that they give a damn, they have my money and I have nothing except a half arsed apology with 'Sorry we can't' to every possible solution I provided.

God knows when they will refund and no delivery times.

Awful service - Avoid at all costs

Supremely below average

Quality is supremely inferior now. Used to be mid to top, now it’s utter garbage. No weight to the denim at all. It’s extremely uncomfortable and inconvenient to return/exchange an online purchase. It’s a different Uniqlo and one that I’ll never return to. Neither will my friends.

Wow, terrible company, no customer ethics whatsoever

Wow, I have spent hundreds over the years with uniglo without an issue. Suddenly this time, having returned an item of dubious quality I find the refund process to be inoperative. Worst of all worlds, they get the item back at my expense as confirmed by the Royal Mail tracking number which uniglo email confirmation shows, but they say since their own warehouse hasn’t registered the item, they don’t need to process the refund. So they keep the item and my money. Otherwise known as a scam. Really wish I had checked the reviews here first!

Website purchased price different from actual label

Recently purchased two JW Anderson shirts for $49.99 on the website and both arrived with a $39.99 tag. Chatted with Uniqlo and their resolution... $15 coupon for future purchase for a $20 loss. The shirts are flimsy and definitely does not meet the expectations from collaboration from past iterations. Uniqlo is going the way of Old Navy and Gap. Such a sad state of things...

Update: now they're selling it for $39.99 "on sale" -- but as mentioned these shirts will come with a normal sales tag at $39.99.

Never again

Never again. Parcel has not arrived. Followed the link provided only to be told that it was Uniqlo USA and I am in the UK. So I now have to do it again. Just want my money back so I can walk away from this bunch of cowboys. Only buy in shops. DO NOT BUY ONLINE unless you are NOT concerned about wasting your life chasing up companies. Put me off internet shopping.

Wrong item received, missing Christmas!

I ordered two items and one of them was missing from a parcel, the other arrived just fine. Instead of a black winter coat I received a purple jumper (how could you make such a mistake?!), the process to get it sorted is quite long with a few days to response, few days to investigate, and now because of this I won’t have the coat for Christmas! Disappointed

Returned an order using their label

Returned an order using their label. Tracking confirmed it was received at their warehouse. After chasing my refund, Uniqlo claimed it hadn't been received, and because I no longer had the physical proof of postage (despite having online tracking), and following an 'investigation at the warehouse', they would not be offering a refund. I persisted, threw a few lines about Consumer Rights Act (search Reddit for wording) at them, and the next day I received a refund. When I asked what dramatic evidence came to light to change their mind, they said the email referring to the investigation was sent in error. All total and utter rubbish - they just try to scam people. Don't give up if you are in the thick of it, but moreover...don't ever shop at Uniqlo online. Just don't.

I would actually put 0 stars if having the choice as the customercservice is absolutely shocking! Despite providing proof of posting the business refuses to refund a top I sent back and paid for! I no longer have the product and lost money! They are not interested in helping and pushed back on me! I will not buy from this brand again

Terrible customer service

I order some products online that should have arrived on 12 December. The curier (UPS), never tried to deliver my order or answers to my complains. After 5 days, I tried to contact the customer service from Uniqlo and they did absolutly nothing to help me with this, and told me to contact UPS.
Never will order online from this shop again.

the worst online service I have ever…

the worst online service I have ever encountered.
I spent nearly 3 weeks contact with the online customer service and they refuse to take any action because they don't believe I didn't receive the parcel. Even though I provide all the evidence that this parcel needs to be send to my home not left it at a public area that everyone have access to.
This supposed to be a Christmas gifts for my love one, and now I wasted nearly 100 pounds and my time for a awful shopping experience

Not fit for these times

Shopping should be a pleasant experience but not in Uniqlo. Shops so crowded that they advise about your belongings due to all thieves around. And the online shop sucks. Leggings can’t be returned if you got them online (although invoice doesn’t say so) and you can only return for more items in shop. If not return via post that will only cost you more money. Their customer arrive in ship is just simply nasty.

No response from uniqlo or Inpost

I had requested delivery of an item to a parcel locker. I received an email saying the Item was delivered, however I have no idea where to??
I did not receive a collection code either.
I have let Uniqlo and inpost know several times. No one replies!!. This is truly terrible customer service. The missing item was a Christmas present. Such bad service, avoid 😑

Beware of ‘Cancelled’ Orders

Made an order then received an email it had been cancelled because “payment could not be confirmed within the required time limit.”

Contacted Chat Support who advised my order had been cancelled and received an email to confirm I would not be charged.

Fast forward two days, I received an invoice plus tracking details for the cancelled order. Speak to Chat Support again who told me the order had been cancelled but would escalate to their manager. Then they abruptly ended the chat without any resolution.

This morning I wake up to find I’ve been charged for the cancelled order and it is being delivered today.

Awful experience and I going to have to spend further time dealing with Uniqlo’s customer service team to resolve the issue.

I have been shopping at Uniqlo for…

I have been shopping at Uniqlo for years, I love their stuff but always shop in store. I decided to do a large order online when the sale was on. I received an order but it was missing a large puffer jacket. Everything else I ordered was in the package but missing the jacket.

I contacted them straight away with photos of my package, including what was in the packages and the delivery label showing the weight of the package. It all clearly showed that the jacket was missing. After 1 day of investigation they contacted me to say that they had done everything correctly so they couldn’t assist me further. I asked to escalate this as I wasn’t happy with their investigation but haven’t received a response.

I still don’t have a solution from Uniqlo and having to try get a refund through my bank which is just a further hassle

I tried to purchase thermal underwear

I purchased thermal underwear. Delivery was delayed way beyond promise date. It was never actually delivered by DPD but I was notified that due to a transit inconsistency the order had been returned to warehouse. Customer Care (an AI bot) advised that I should reorder and offered a £10 goodwill voucher. Their procedures apparently wouldn’t allow Uniqlo to reinstate the order. I reordered (misguidedly) only to find that there had been, in the intervening days, an increase in price of £5 per garment entirely wiping out the voucher value - some good will gift. The customer care people simply dismissed my complaint and said they have every right to change prices whenever they chose. My advice, avoid Uniqlo, chances of a good outcome seem slight at best!

Appauling - they will charge you for missing items!

I genuinely can’t believe this business can operate the way it does. I’ve been charged for 2 items I didn’t receive and their ‘internal investigation’ concluded the warehouse did nothing wrong?!! Which means I’m left to fund items I haven’t received? That’s completely unethical, and nothing short of fraud. Customer services team, I’ll be raising a formal dispute with PayPal. Just check the weight of the parcel you sent out? That will prove items were missing.

I black friday item not received

I ordered a jacket in the black friday sale. After few days I got an email saying they have received my return. I hadn't even received my item let alone returned it. No explanation. The tracking said it was still being prepared so I thought the email may have been sent in error. Then I received a refund. I contacted customer service and they said it had been a mistake. They then said a supervisor would contact me the next day to tell me if they would honour the black friday discount to order the jacket again but of course no contact was made and an email I sent was ignored. Im contacting them again today. Its not good enough. I thought uniqlo was a trusted and good brand but this customer service is awful.

Absolutely awful customer service

Absolutely awful customer service. I ordered a coat as a gift and the delivery driver claimed they left it “under a ladder outside the house” without my permission. I never requested a safe place, and leaving a parcel in an open, insecure spot is completely unacceptable. The parcel was stolen.

I reported it immediately, but Uniqlo carried out a one-day “investigation” and simply told me it was “delivered successfully”, even though I never received it. They basically washed their hands of the situation and offered no help at all. I’ve now had to go through my bank and raise a dispute because Uniqlo refused to take responsibility.

For a company of this size, the lack of support is shocking. I’m now out of pocket, had to buy an alternative gift, and have been left with no resolution. Easily the worst customer service I’ve experienced. I’ll be taking this further if needed, including through the Consumer Ombudsman.

Avoid ordering if you expect proper delivery handling or any kind of aftercare.
