Union Park thinks customer safety is a "waste of time"
I received a notice of recall on my Buick from General Motors. I was instructed to contact my dealer about getting the recall issue resolved and to receive an authorized loaner vehicle while my recall issued was resolved.
One of the service managers at Union Park informed me that they would not and could not repair the recall issue nor would or could they provide a loaner vehicle. When I asked the service manager what I should do in the mean time his response was. "I don't care. Do what ever you want to do. But you are WASTING MY TIME !".
Shame on them. So much for caring about their customers or the safety of their customers and others on the road. DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY--it is a waste of time.
