BEWARE : EBAY Power Plus and Unicorn Power Systems Pty Ltd
BEWARE CUSTOMERS : My husband dealt with JAMES on their Ebay Shop called Power Plus 4x4 where he contacted James to confirm and purchase a intercooler upgrade kit. James instructed it would fit our vehicle. Upon recieving the intercooler, we discovered it was not suitable. My husband contacted JAMES and he agreed to refund it, but he asked us to "wait" as they were on holidays and closed.
When we attempted to request Ebay assistance, we were informed that James had asked us to "wait" past Ebay's 30 days money guarantee.
My husband contacted James numerous times regarding our return, as the intercooler was in it's original box / packageing. All the messages after the 30 day money guarantee period were ignored
Be wary with both Unicorn Power System Pty Ltd and their online Ebay name Power Plus 4x4 should you need a refund.
Do not trust their advise as to the suitablity of a part.
I would also like to point out, that they wanted my husband to post the intercooler back at his own expense. Now, if he had of done so, I believe they would have had the intercooler returned with no intention of refunding the money.
