Locks the buyer to the product:
The company sells software through multiple channels. One is the hallmark of the mode namely that the customer can not decide on the payment of a renewal of the subscription. I have personally experienced several reminder e-mail about redrawing from Uniblue and on this occasion I searched online on the product's price. Here I found a quote for the same product and version to less than 50% of the renewal price.

It must be a customer claims that you can decide for payment and replacement of product keys.
