You’d think a well known brand such as Under Armour would be bothered about their poor feedback on Trust Pilot. I’m amazed at their poor communication! I didn’t think to look on Trust Pilot because i... See more

Armour doesn’t mean durable
Bought one of their shirts only ran it through a rinse cycle, then today I wore it for about six hours when I noticed a piece of fuzz sticking off of it. After further inspect I see that it must’ve snagged on something while I was driving or folding laundry or making bread.
I think having the name armor in their name is very misleading because it’s far from being anything durable.
Quite certain I will never purchase another product of there is the rest of my life or for my children either.
complete scam
complete scam, order canceled when i used a gift card to make a purchase, they never reinstated the gift card
Absolutely useless and extremely rude
Absolutely useless and extremely rude! Good luck trying to deal with James and Jan. no professionalism whatsoever.
#1 Worst Customer Service, Six Years in a Row!
Under Armour's customer service is abysmal. Three times they sent my packages to the wrong address. And all three times, Under Amour's Customer "Service" Team intentionally acted all confused, even when I showed them pictures of the package being delivered to the wrong address; pictures were courtesy of the total clowns at UPS.
On all three occasions the customer service team made me wait days in hopes the package would miraculously show up, even after there was photographic evidence that it had been delivered incorrectly. Did the packages ever show up? Of course not. Then I had to contact customer service again where they once again wasted my time acting confused about the situation. Perhaps they thought a magical owl would swoop down and retrieve my packages and fly it over to me? I don't know. These people are insanely incompetent.
As for the products themselves: they are offbrand, no-name, Amazon-tier shoddy trash. The build quality is abysmal and has suffered immensely since the fake Trump "pandemic" of 2020/2021.
I'm done with these guys. I'm going to order from somewhere in Japan or maybe Europe that still understands how to make decent products, and delivery them to my address---as opposed to OTHER people's addresses.
Lost my return no refund
Told me they had received my return on two occasions after chasing for nearly 4 weeks got an email today saying the parcel has disappeared ! and they will not refund me my £200 absolutely disgusting service from Under Armour and will be taking this as far as possible
Never ever!
Never ever!
Experience regarding Under Armour Latvia, so called customer service in particular. Customer service has a phone number. When you call, you reach answering machine that speaks Estonian. For the record: Latvian and Estonian are different languages. Customer service responds in clumsy Latvian, answers are prepared with AI. Clearly without knowing how to use AI. In addition: sending back costs more than sending anywhere in Europe.
Conclusion: it is highly advisable first organize customer service and returns that doesnt cost a fortune.
Wishing Under Armour receive the same service that the one they "provide".
Cheaper shoes are not what they used to…
Cheaper shoes are not what they used to be. I have bought a couple pair of UA shoes. A Charged Rogue 4 which wore out quickly in a few months then recently a Charged Assert 10 pair. Neither impressed me as a running shoe but more of a cheaper pair of casual shoes with not much to say about materials. I wouldn't buy them again. But I guess at $70 you can't buy a decent quality shoe anymore.
The quality of the fabric leaves much to be desired!!!
I bought on Amazon a few short-sleeve sweatshirts made from French terry cloth, and I regretted it: on the inside is stitched with protruding seams, the fabric is synthetic and rough, the fabric and seams cause irritation and discomfort. For people with sensitive skin, this material is most likely not suitable.
The Hoodie looks good, but the quality of the fabric leaves much to be desired!!!
I left a review on Amazon about this, but it was removed.
No more deals with Under Armour!!!
Originally had problems trying to return items, but they made it right.
I had a few issues with my order and trying to return some items. Even though I didn’t wear the items, I did take the tags off. If you do this then you can not return them if you ordered online. After emailing back and forth for about a month they sent me the new items and I was able to donate the ones that didn’t fit. It was frustrating, but in the end they ended up making things right. One note is that their sizing chart is a bit inconsistent. For example, I wear a medium size pants and shirt, but a size large for sweaters and compression shirts. If you find the right fit then it’s great.
AVOID AVOID AVOID Under Armour Golf…
AVOID AVOID AVOID Under Armour Golf Shoes - Shoddy Construction.
Hello,
A word of warning to anybody considering purchasing Under Armour Golf shoes.
After very limited wear, one of the cleat anchors fell out and it cannot be replaced or repaired.
Having owned many pairs of golf shoes over the years, including Footjoy and Sketchers, I have never experienced this issue.
Under Armour Customer Service considered the cleat anchor falling out to be normal wear and tear!
You have been forewarned!
Big name and inferior qualities
We have purchased numerous products from your Under Armour store at Elante Mall, Chandigarh. Among these was a pair of shoes—priced at ₹26,999—that caused discomfort and pricked the foot when worn. We did not return them at the time; instead, my wife wore them with cushioned socks, found them tolerable, and consequently filed no complaint—even though a shoe of this caliber certainly should not have caused such irritation.
Subsequently, on November 7, 2025, we purchased another pair of shoes for my wife. The store's salesperson assured us that, after being worn for a while, the front section would loosen up and become more comfortable.
We revisited the store 15 days later to report that wearing the shoes was causing pain.
They advised us to continue using them for another month, assuring us that they would then feel perfectly fine.
However, within just that one month, my wife began experiencing severe, acute pain in the bunion area of her foot.
This condition has yet to be resolved.
Had this situation occurred in the United States, the company would have faced a lawsuit requiring them to pay hundreds of thousands in damages and substantial compensation.
But because this is India, people here do not typically file complaints on a whim; furthermore—in my opinion—customers who purchase products from a brand like this are generally not the type to complain without legitimate cause.
We, too, placed our trust in this brand—which is precisely why we purchased so many of their products.
When you visit the store to make a purchase, the staff heaps lavish praise upon their products; however, should a complaint arise, their attitude shifts so drastically that it defies description. Moreover, if you attempt to lodge a genuine complaint through the company's customer support system, you are met with nothing but curt, dismissive responses.
We ask the company: would they dare to behave in this manner in the United States or Europe?
Such conduct on the part of the company would never be tolerated there.
We might not have even bothered to file a complaint had we not received such an unsatisfactory response from the company's customer service center. We felt compelled to post this review to serve as a warning to others—to demonstrate the abysmal standards of even such a massive brand.
They import and sell shoddy products in India—goods that would never pass muster in the American market.
These shoes have inflicted chronic, lasting pain upon my wife's feet.
The mounting medical expenses for doctors' consultations are, of course, an additional burden.
And beyond all that, they have caused us immense mental distress and anxiety. I earnestly request everyone not to purchase shoes from this brand under the assumption that they will fit everyone correctly.
It is a case of "a grand shop, but mediocre wares."
We will likely never buy shoes from this brand again.
We have been deceived.

Poor quality, hard to return product
Product bought direct from one of their stores fell apart within days. Terrible quality. And they will only deal with it if you return to the same store - which wasn't possible for us, as it was bought on holiday.
TAKE A RECEIPT IF MAKING A RETURN
Contrary to what everyone else’s experience mine what surpassingly pleasant. Clothes quality and really good for the price especially if bought at a discount. Delivery was super quick 1-2 days from the day I placed the order. Like a lot of people who wrote reviews I had to return a couple of items. I used a pre-paid label inside the pack and gave it to the DHL drop off point in person. The person didn’t give me a receipt, said I can track on the website. When I tried to track on the website it kept on showing an error when trying to locate my order. After two weeks I decided to send customer service a message asking what’s happening. I explained the situation and they said that they will refund the items immediately, got the payment within a couple of hours. So really the only downsides are Website tracking feature does not work so you are left in the dark as to where is your item. UA does not send a confirmation email about your order when checking out as a guest which is also annoying as you are sat in the dark waiting. Plus refund times are a bit slow I would expect them to deal with issues without me having to contact them.
In line with everyone else my parcel was also lot by DHL and UA have confirmed it, so whenever you are returning anything please get a receipt!
Inconveniencing the customers
They use DHL and in doing that they are inconveniencing the customer. You really give a 10 hour delivery window and even worse, they can’t deliver to a safe space. Where’s the flexibility. Use DPD instead. Literally DHL are the worst. It should be law to provide more flexible delivery options for the consumer even down to choosing who is handling their deliveries, to ensure a better shopping experience and a streamlined delivery. it would drive an incentive to capture more customers. They don’t think, they just crunch numbers and UA missing the tricks.
I returned a pair of baseball cleats…
I returned a pair of baseball cleats and when I submitted the request they suggested using Happy Returns which I did. The day I dropped them off at UPS I received an email from UA stating my refund is on the way it will take up to 5 days and that was on 3/19/26. Here we are it's 4/7/26 and I haven't received my credit/money back so I reached out to them. A rep apologized and said she was sending the email with my e gift info in 5 minutes and that was about 28 hours ago so I reached out via email and I received an answer telling me they never received the item back so no refund. I sent them copies of the email they sent me about my refund is on it's way and they have not answered me. It's only $56.00 so if they need it that bad they will keep it I just want people to know how crooked the company is and not worth the trouble.
Placed an order for two items online
Placed an order for two items online. Received an email 2 days later that one of the items was out of stock. When the 2nd item was scheduled to be delivered, I reached out to customer service only to be told that the item was out of stock also. But two days later, the item still shows in stock and available to ship online. Terrible fulfillment and logistics. Customer service sent me several emails to apologize for my disappointment. Big whoops!
Really disappointed in their delivery
Really disappointed in their customer service and refund policy. I ordder an item of clothing for my husnands birthday and paid for the delivery option that would arrive on time. It arrived a week late and they have refused to refund the delivery.
they fixed but takes ages
Why Under Armour is a great value
Under Armour makes stylish clothing that fits well and come in a great pallete of colors. Under Armour clothes may even make you feel sexier the way it hugs the contours of your body. It's hip with the younger set but looks great on a dad bod, too. I have dozens of Under Armour shirts, hoodies, pants and caps. I never have been disappointed with an Under Armour purchase.
