After years of waiting for my shoes and more lies I can address here. Undandy has taken the money and run. Their website is down and they are closed. A sad and unscupulous story of a once great company that went seriously bad.

It is two years today since I ordered and paid for a pair of Undandy shoes.
In common with so many of their customers I had the same experience of being told all the delay excuses and finally after 18 months my emails to them have been returned undelivered. I know I will never get my shoes and the once reputable company had been bought by scammers. The new owners have taken thousands of dollars from unsuspecting customers. The people behind the company are morally corrupt.
I have contact agencies in the UK who have been helpful but limited in what they can do and now the website has been closed down.
The irony is this is the first time I have ever bought anything on line. We are all vulnerable.
This is my final review of the company, I will draw a line under the experience and go forward.

I was asked by a Chinese friend to get him a pair of Boots from Undandy. I ordered his desired article, paid for it and as promised it was delivered to my UK address. My friend was pleased with his purchase and that also prompted me to treat myself with a pair of Loafers. I places the order, and the size they came in(which is what I had ordered) was not comfortable.
Upon contacting UNDANDY I was asked to send the Loafers back and was told to wait as there was a back log of orders from the Covid Pendamic Lockdown time and a lot of workers were'nt back to work and there was a backlog to be cleared. ..... There were several reminders sent by me to Undandy Customer Service and many exchanges of emails were made with false promises and it has taken over two years that I didnt receive neither my money back nor my shoes!
After several reminders from me, the Customer service department has even stopped responding to my mails and this matter has been lingering on for over two years now, without reaching a resolve!!! Highly unprofessional and fraudulant way of dealing with potential customers. Well disappointed I am, hence sending this review to warn other unsuspecting customers who place an order in good faith but end up being stung by unscrupulous vendors.!!! Shame on them. This purchase was made before 11th March 2021 and it still has not been delivered!

Worst Customer experience ever!!! This is fraud do not order at undandy m!! I am waiting since more then 2 years now ln my Order # 3000106219. They have promised several times to claim back the money but nothing happened. So please share if you know someone who I can chase to get my money back..

I ordered one pair of shoes two years ago for $367.06 Cn, and they emailed me back with an issue of some shortage of material and will be some delays, after over six months I asked for a refund and nothing happened till now. just recently I sent an email to them and it didn't go through. So avoid them and save your money they're totally scams.

Total scam now. Ordered back in 2018 and the shoes were awesome. Reprised that order in May 2022 and donuts. Beatriz kept saying that there is some shortage here or there and it will be 4 weeks; she said that 8 times. Last correspondence was May this apologising again. Googles the website today, and surprise surprise; website not there anymore.
And to all of the 5 star reviews these past 6 months, stop it. They are a scam too.

Looks like they are now out of business. Tried to log onto their website, but it is no longer there. Guess I'm out over $300 for shoes I ordered over two years ago.

Unfortunately, something has happened to that company. It can no longer be trusted. I am so sorry that I am clearly one of the many victims of a company that commits fraud. Having previously purchased two pairs of shoes from Undandy!

They had no problem taking my money right away, but didn't even bother to send an order confirmation (although the order is on my online account) So far, all attempts at communication have been ignored.

It is obvious that any request for a refund will also be ignored.

Never a refund again! For over 1 year now!

Good to see their site is finally down and their e-mail address appears to be invalid. It might not do any good for the victims, but it may save plenty of others who would have become victims of this scam.

To whoever decided to turn Undandy into a scam operation: way to run a good company into the ground! You had plenty of loyal customers, but decided to go for short-term gain. Hopefully justice finds you.

They used to be legitimate in the begining but then something went very wrong. I ordered two pairs of shoes that arrived with acceptabel service. Then a third pair sometime in between went all wrong. No shoes and no refund, with promises to solve the problem in every email we exchanged. Promises were all in vain - no shoes and no refund and me kept waiting with my thumbs up in the air and smiling. Thank goodness I ordered through Paypal. I waited until the limit for activating Paypal resolution centre and thankfully I got my refund. 5 stars to Paypal and 0 stars for undandy. It was a pity because when they honoured their compromises in the beginning they were pretty decent and the shoes were pretty decent as well. Still have one pair from them that I use from time to time.

Absolute scam. I suppose just died around covid time. Numerous back and forth and these strange chatbot type answers with my first name thrown around all over the copy. Immediate responses to any criticism but no shoes and I am sure no refunds. Puts the whole internet based business to shame and suspicion.
The company must have wrapped up by now hence no false hope emails from them too. Avoid avoid avoid.

I ordered 3 years ago (!) and never received my shoes. Sent around 20 emails over the last 3 years... they always said it would be delivered, but it was always a lie...

Today, for the first time their customercare email address is not working, so I think it's offline or they are bankrupt.

Never buy here; it's a total scam!

Wow no wonder when I’m trying to order the PayPal payment option is gone so I thought I would just use my credit card and Apple Pay refused it. Obviously they have been red flagged

Ordered custom shoes and belt for my wedding... three weeks before the wedding they informed me they would miss the deadline, and now 6 months after my wedding the customer service email does not work, no shoes and no money....

I’m still waiting on a refund, well over a year now. They are horrible. Will I ever get the 181 euro back. I’ll never give in.

CROOKS! DO NOT ORDER.

GOOD NEWS - UK police ActionFraud have now opened a case against Undandy.

Having been previous, happy customers, had no qualms about taking advantage of a Black Friday offer in Nov 2021. It is now two years later and despite regular communications, promising 'three weeks' we are still yet to receive either the shoes or a refund.

1.5 years of waiting and still no shoes.
No reply to my request for a refund.
A class action law suit is the next step - seeing how many people have been duped by undandy.
AND they are still taking orders.

This is scam!! Their support email address doesn't exist anymore and I've not received the goods I ordered back in April 2022 and nor I've received information about delivery anymore.
