Really hesitated before placing my order because of the bad reviews, but I'm happy I finally did! Received the cutest purrito cat keychain super fast!! I recommand!

Ordered an item, was on back order for several months which is totally fine, once in stock I tracked the delivery and it never came. Unsure if it was the shipper or something else. Asked for some sort of replacement or solution, after about 20 emails+ emails back and forth, all of which I had to initiate and all of which where met with incredible unkindness from the seller I finally gave in and did a charge back on the card. Definitely do not order from this site

Bought a Sam plush for the steep price of $70 cad plus $50 shipping. The Max plush had been absolutely wonderful so about 5 years later I thought I was safe to order Sam from them. The result was a disappointment. They utilized a different stuffing where instead of expanding to fill the plush well it's crinkly and clumping, the result is a lot of gaps and hollow areas in the plush which don't fully fill out all the details that were crafted into it. Even the feet were obviously misshapen where one was almost pancake flat in areas.
I brought this to their attention and their reaction goes to the effect of "I'm sorry you feel that way. -_-", like this is a chatroom and I didn't put down $120 dollars. They claimed that the difference in stuffing is to accommodate the use of clothing on the character, however that doesn't make sense at all. Them being stuffed would not impede the ability to put on very wide sleeves and pant legs such as they are. What this actually seems like is they are cutting costs by using worse stuffing, and using less of it, while making bank on our nostalgia. To shrug off the disappointment unprofessionally with some emojis isn't reassuring. There is nothing in the exchange that suggests they have an authentic form of quality control, instead it seems they just send products out however it is and have no interest in offering solutions if something did not meet advertised expectations.
I really advise avoiding to use them if you are worried about making expensive purchases, with a company like them it's clearly a gamble if it doesn't turn out well. It really is a shame though, I was having such positive expectations and was very hopeful to enjoy this momento of a favourite game. At half the cost I wouldn't be as expectant for it to at least be filled out properly, but this is a premium priced collectible and so the least they could do is ensure it looks like their pictures. It's just such a bummer of an experience and a loss. The only way to make it look like it did in the ads is to open it up and stuff it myself at extra cost to me. I'd also have to resew the hat so it isn't so wonky.
