The product was better than expected.
The product was better than expected. It was more robust and easy to handle even though it is small. The proof will be when i have used several times.
I also found it easy to fill with gas lighter fuel. Many thanks for a worthwhile product

Avoid this company at all costs
Avoid this company at all costs. Sold me an MSR Elixir 2 tent that leaked from the top and bottom. I tried to return it for a refund (within 30 days) and they instead sent it back to manufacturer for "testing" and found "no faults" and tried to blame my competency for erecting tents. Bear in mind, I never claimed it had a defect, I said I wanted to return it because its not fit for puroose..... I slept in this tent, as I have with many others, and I can tell you it is NOT waterproof. I've had to contact trading standards and initiate a chargeback through my bank to claim my money back because Ultralight Outdoor Gear are refusing to refund for my completely useless leaking tent I am stuck with. Absolultely abismal customer service from Jamie Mantle who is rude and brash.

The first place I check for new gear

Apologies for the issue you have experienced with the Rucksack you received, unfortunately we were unable to find any correspondence from yourself (email, phone conversation, or message against your order on your account) explaining that there was and issue with the bag, before you returned it to us.
Our normal procedure in the case of a customer receiving a faulty or damaged product would be to offer a free of charge label to return the item to us, then we would inspect it an upon confirmation of the issue we would offer either a replacement or refund as well as a refund of their original postage costs.
So if you could please contact us via email (customer.service@ultralightoutdoorgear.co.uk) with a copy of your postage receipt for returning the item to us we will refund you via PayPal, in the mean time I have refunded your original postage costs.
