I’ve had my ring for a while now, but now had an issue with it. Connecting to customer service took some time hence the 4 stars and not 5, but once connected the customer service agent Mohammad Sameer was fast, polite, courteous and sorted out my problem efficiently. My issue is now fully resolved and I was very happy with the outcome.

The customer support experience was extremely disappointing. I waited over an hour just to receive a response, and the information they gave me was incorrect. When I pointed out the issue and asked for clarification, support stopped responding entirely instead of helping resolve the problem. Very frustrating experience, especially for a product at this price point.

Absolutely do NOT recommend this product.
I’ve had mine replaced three separate times. After the last replacement, it worked fine from July until recently, when it suddenly stopped connecting. I contacted support, and they performed a reset. While that temporarily fixed the connection issue, it completely destroyed the battery — I now have to charge it twice a day.
When I reached out again for help, I was told they couldn’t offer a replacement because the warranty had expired by ONE month. Conveniently, this battery issue only started after their reset, yet they refuse to take any responsibility.
This product is a complete waste of money. Mine barely lasted 9 months in total. It’s incredibly frustrating to have to argue with a company over what is clearly a faulty product.
Avoid at all costs.

Used the WhatsApp support (in app support never assigned me an agent). There was a delay of around 2 hours but that could be timezone (I'm in Australia). Once connected the agent was very responsive and we were able to resolve my issue within half an hour.

Horrible experience. They stop connecting through Bluetooth after a while. I got three replacements in a year for this. Afterwards, for the 4th replacement request (yes, it kept having connection issues) they said the product was out of warranty and didn’t want to send me a replacement.

Purchased my first ring in March 2025. I loved it!!! Around the 6 months mark the ring would not connect and it stopped working. They sent a new replacement. Fast forward 6 months and the same thing happened. They will not replace this ring as I am out of warranty. The product does not hold up past 6 months so be prepared to purchase a warranty package as well to cover their faulty product!

I’ve been very happy with the Ultrahuman Ring AIR. It’s comfortable, discreet, and easy to wear every day, which makes it much easier to stay consistent with tracking.
The sleep, recovery, HRV, and heart rate insights have been genuinely useful for helping me understand my routine better. The app is also easy to use and presents the data in a clear way.
Overall, it has been a very good experience, and I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a practical health tracker.

I’ve had my ring for 1 year and before this, I had a very good experience. But for the last few weeks, my ring battery fast. For example, the battery had been lasting less than 12 hours when it should last for at least six days. I worked with the AI chat to do a soft reset of my ring and that did not improve the battery life. I then reached out to a live support agent who told me to do a factory reset of my ring. I was told that it will take up to 24 hours for the ring to recalibrate and for the battery life to improve. That did not happen. I reached out to a live support agent again and I was told to wait 48 hours after the reset. I waited 72 hours and at that point it seemed like my battery was draining even faster. So I reached out to support again and was told to wait an additional 48 hours because my ring was still being recalibrated. I told the support agent I would not be waiting another 48 hours because I’ve already waited 72 hours and I haven’t seen any improvement. I was then bounced to another support agent who was super helpful and was able to address all my issues. With that being said, Ultrahuman has got to do better with their customer service because the wait time was over 20 minutes, and I had to speak to three different agents in two hours to get the help that I needed. I was not happy with this experience but in the end I got the support that I needed.

I have been pointed to this review site after recent talk with the customer support agent regarding replacement of the ring.
If the review is about the customer service, then it is very good. Even though I was contacting customer support on Sunday, there was live agent to help me with the technical issues. Yes, there is a lot of AI communication before that, but even the AI understood my issues and provided all the steps it could to get my problem resolved.
Last question is if the replacement ring will be delivered, but if the original delivery is to go by, I have no reason to be pessimistic.
If the review is about the ring itself, it looks good and it is comfortable, but I'm not sure about the quality. The titanium finish got scratched pretty easily, and it encounters unresolvable connection issues after 6 months of using.
If the review is about the application, it works fine most of the time, and I was able to get from it the information I was interested in. Big positive thing compared to the competitors is that the app is free to use. There are lot of paid addins, but they are for me personally necessary to have.
If the review is about the company as a whole, I don't think I can rate the company based on one product... However, there are definitely things that they do great (like deliveries and customer support), and things that could be hopefully improved (aforementioned ring quality)

It took over 24 hours to resolve the issue. Everyone I talked to wanted me to do the same thing after I had just completed that task with someone else. Everyone was very nice that I spoke to however, the last person that I spoke to was the best. They seemed to actually believe me and wanted to resolve the issue. They concluded that a new ring was the solution. I really enjoy my ring. It is a great product when it works.

I’d like to commend the customer service team my experience has been smooth and impressively fast, even though they’re overseas. My ring replacement request was processed quickly, which I really appreciate. While I’m still waiting to see how long the full replacement will take, the support team has already provided excellent service and made the process easy so far. Great job!

UPDATE: I am having issues with the replacement ring connecting and getting through to service has been a nightmare. I have lost records, don't have a working replacement, and am being told I can trade-in my ring and buy a new one.

Very poor customer service. I ordered a ring with delivery stated at 48 hours. Then it changed to two weeks which was too late. When the ring arrived I decided to return it immediately. After much chasing I received the return label & the ring was collected as arranged. The return tracking shows it was received by the company the following day. Almost two weeks later I’m still awaiting my refund. Totally unacceptable. Order number UHR11022114 - please sort this & issue my refund

I had my first ring for around 8 months and the battery drained dramatically quickly and data stopped uploading then the ring wouldn’t even charge. They sent me out a new charger which was fine but I waited for that only for it to not be the issue and the ring to be faulty.
They sent me a replacement ring and within 3 months the ring stopped connecting all together.
I contacted again and was offered a renewed (used) ring as it was out of warranty, which I’m sure the new ring will have issues again and will mean having to fork out another $600 which I will not be doing. I asked for a refund as I don’t want this amount of money to go to waste as the new ring most certainly won’t work. I was told they are “strictly bound by policy guidelines”, how is that ethical to be taking that amount of money from people for a product that does not work and not providing a refund when multiple of the rings have been faulty. Then as a final sending a used ring and pretty much being told like that’s it after that. I’d understand if it was the customers fault but the issues are with your product and you should be doing something better then offering used rings essentially as compensation.
I didn’t get the extended warranty as I believed at the price point it is it should last long than a few months. It’s absolutely ridiculous that something that expensive doesn’t even last barely a year. If you are only going to offer a 1 year warranty as a base ensure your product actually works for that amount of time before doing so. Seems like they just want more and more money out of people for a poor product that barely works.
Customer service takes forever as well. I hope you have a spare few hours up your sleeve if you’re hoping to get a result. Each time I’ve spent up to 3 hours with customer service trying to get a replacement or resolution
The whole experience has been an absolute pain and waste of time and money. I don’t take lightly to throwing away $600 after not even a full year of being able to use the product, should have just thrown my money straight in the trash.
Next time I’ll suck it up and pay the subscription fee for the Oura ring which seems to be more reputable.

I had good support from both the AI chat and the remote support, some lag sometime for the remote one but very supportive. I'm now waiting for a replacement ring, planned but not yet started, hope it does soon. I also hope it will be the only one, from the comments I read many had several of them ...

My ring stopped connecting after only having it for a few days and after trying multiple things I reached out to the Ultrahuman team on Instagram and they responded very quickly. They tried a few things which also did not work so they are sending me a new ring no charge. I am very happy with their customer service :)

I loved my ring up until about 4 months in where it started to have connectivity issues. I worked through troubleshooting through the app and with an agent. The troubleshooting process involved a couple of days without data because they want to drain the battery and reset it. Once it was confirmed that there was an issue with the ring, they sent me another one. This ring instantly connected. However, a couple months after that, the same thing happened. Connectivity issues, it was not collecting data. Again I went through troubling shooting, however this time they sent me 4 different replacement rings because each ring they sent would not connect.. this took so much time. I am now another couple months into owning an ultra human ring. My ring has completely disconnected and now I am outside of my “replacement window”. I purchased this ring originally in May of 2025. I’ve not had the ring a full year and have had so many issues with connectivity and replacements. The ring itself looks good and I enjoy the data when it tracked. However, if you want to have to replace your ring every few months, I do not recommend.
