From the moment I ordered from this company, they immediately emailed me and thanked me for my order. They confirmed receipt of my order and reassured me I would receive further confirmation when my products shipped and if I had any questions or concerns, I could simply reply to the email. It was a REAL PERSON emailing me which is something you NEVER see anymore. I couldn't believe it but was so delighted to receive such personal service. Easy to order on-line and response emails from company notifying me when mat would arrive were appreciated.
I like the quality of the mat. Have fur trees in our yard and this mat is perfect to keep the needles out of our house when coming in from the garage. AND is vacuums up nicely!
