Great moulding experience at the NEC Motorcycle live show and a speedy delivery from order.
More comfortable than a competitors.

This is the 3rd (different type of) moulded hearing protection I've bought from Ultimate Ear and the quality is just as great this time as with my previous orders.

Fits perfectly, and has been worn for 8 hours without discomfort.

Also, the speed with which my ear plugs came was much faster than advertised.

Would definitely recommend!

Not made clear in your advert that one both had to pay the audiologist and post the impressions to you.No string typing the earplugs together.Unrealistic to expect them to be used separately.

New to biking and after the initial few rides I knew hearing protection was a must.

I initially ordered a filtered set, realised the cardo setup could accept external headsets so upgraded to the pros. Can't believe how good the sound and the level of protection is insane.

Friendly advice in a no pressure to buy environment. Free ear impression whilst visiting their stand at a local motorbike exhibition. 3 week production period and delivered on time. Good communication via email with updates on production and delivery timelines. Tracked royal mail delivery. Item is great and easy to fit. Good job all round.

Very impressed with my Ultimate Ear Pro ear protection inserts with built-in audio. Fit very comfortable, even for 5 hour motorcycle ride, and cuts out 95% of all of the wind noise. Really helps reduce rider fatigue, and I can chat to my rising mate even at motorway speeds. Very happy with the investment.

Really good service for a product I know well. The fitting service was great all the steps where explained clearly and carried out really well. I was told at the Scottish show 3 weeks till delivery and I got the ear plugs in 2 weeks really happy. As for the product this is my second set and I cannot fault them for fit quality and for there performance 200 miles with them on and I didn’t notice them at all worked fantastic.

Wore them for the first time today and they were really comfortable. I bought the filtered option and found that they worked very well.

This is my second pair of ear plugs. If they last as long as my first pair I’ll be very happy. Fit is great, very comfortable to wear.

The whole process from initial order, through getting my ear impressions and then receiving my ear plugs was spot on. Communication was good and the finished article arrived well ahead of what I expected. After having my last pair for 4 years I knew it was time to get some new ones.

As good as the first time I used them perfect service

Unfortunately I left my original pair of Ultimate Sleeping Ear protectors on an airplane which was a huge mistake. Because Ultimate keep a copy on file I was able to order an identical pair at a reduced price. However they do not fit as well as the original pair, somehow they seem flimsier and less able to keep the sound of my husband snoring totally at bay which is a shame! They are still worth having but I’m just a tad disappointed!

Absolute game changer for comfortable riding. Really easy to use and I can still hear the engine, but none of the wind noise. I can also still listen to satnav or the radio, admittedly it’s quiet, but that’s to be expected!

Excellent experience throughout, from the ear moulding to actually being able to wear them. Very comfortable once seated in my ear, as long as i use the supplied lubricant to ease their insertion. I don't feel the plugs in there. Hopefully once used a few times, the plugs will soften making fitting them easier.
