Bought a 2 x 3 M tarpauline which fell apart. Cover for trampoline. Put it down to recent storms so bought a replacement which has disintegrated in the sunlight. Emailed UKtarps requesting advice as to what standard/type I should have bought with the intention of a third purchase. After two emails no response or acknowledgement. Have crossed this company off my purchase list.
Received an email from UKtarps which stated,
"Sorry, did you expect us to give you free advice or do any kind of business with you after a review like that? Sorry, no.
My email response being, "You got a poor review entirely due to your inability to respond to two emails plus indicating a not fit for purpose item but still requesting advice on a third purchase – as indicated below. Get your chronological facts right before you cry foul."

We were repeat customers to UK Tarps Ltd. We recently purchased a HD 270gsm Silver/Black Tarpaulin 7.0M x 10.0M (23ft x 33ft) @ £93.30 plus VAT.

We run a roofing company so need to protect our customers properties when working on roofs. This Tarp failed along a seam within 6 days of being installed (first use from new). I contacted UK tarps who asked for photos. Got no response so re-contacted them. I was told to wait as they were discussing the problem with their supplier. We got no further response so opened up a dispute with PayPal.

I was eventually offered some repair tape to repair a tarp that is not fit for purpose after 6 days and is failing along the entire seam. I would not use this company since they believe their terms and conditions fair (if good on delivery – no failure of the product is their liability). Poor customer service.
