Bespoke Signs
I needed some urgent bespoke signs for a project we are working on, I placed an initial order but had some queries - used the online chat facility and Mandy and Jon very comprehensively sorted it all out for me. I received follow up phone calls to track my order and was kept notified. In this day and age it was refreshing to find a company that values good customer service. Excellent Customer Service
We needed a quote for bespoke sign- and I didn't end up getting the product at that point. About a month later, I got in touch again and the whole thing was immediately reinstated, and smoothly carried out. Communication was excellent from Jon, and delivery faster than I expected. The end product is lightweight as needed for indoor use, very competitively priced and clearly printed.

Ordered custom made safety signs. Paid 3 weeks ago and still nothing arrived. When I called them, "our apologies, sorry, sorry and we will handle this..." type of generic responses.

I received the signs. They apologized and made a discount.

I’m sorry to hear of your bad experience. As a small family business we pride ourselves on excellent customer service, and unfortunately on this occasion we fell short of this.
As the samples you requested were custom signs, we required your orders artwork to be approved by you before printing. This ensures custom printed products are correct before manufacturing.
I understand rather than in writing, you phoned in to let us know the artwork had been approved. It is on this occasion that the staff member who took your phone message did not follow procedures, causing the delay with your order.
The samples were re-printed on the 28th July and will be delivered by courier today (31st July). We apologise again for the experience you received and hope you may still consider using us again in the future.

Excellent customer service
After a sign did not turn up to one of our hostels, I emailed customer support to ask if they knew why this had happened. Even though we didn't inform UK Safety Store within 14 days (which is their policy), as it was for a hostel they kindly said they would send another sign free of charge. Jon was so helpful and understanding and we really appreciated the act of kindness!
