Kept up to date. Regularly .With in seconds off power outage until it was repaired .The estimates are great as my son is serverly Autistic and don't cope we'll but having a estimate to tell him when will be back in is a Godsend.

The power was only off for a couple of minutes really quick response by British Gas

Were really good, text saying there was an issue.Explained clearly what had happened and gave a rough time estimate of how long it would take to fix. As soon as it was fixed i recieved a text again confirming it was up and running

My experience with UK Power Networks has been ' amazing'.

We had a prolonged power cut. They kept me informed exceedingly well at each step and development.

They even generously compensated for the hassle we'd been through.

I was notified of a power outage at 11:18am on the 24th July by text message. UK power Networks assured me that the necessary steps were being taken to quickly restore power. Not sure how long power was down for, maybe about 30 minutes and power was already back up at the time of reading the text message. Only inconvenience was that the electric clock on the mantlepiece had to be reset.

This organisation was prompt, efficient and thorough. A piece of equipment had blown up, but their engineers wasted no time in dealing with the matter. More importantly, they were excellent in keeping us fully informed and updated throughout their operations.

You're never happy when you have a power outage, but we were kept fully informed of the reason and updated when it was expected to be restored. Very satisfied with the way things were handled.

After reporting power cut . We were kept updated with progress frequently. Very impressed

They kept me updated as to the Power problem. I cannot fault their service. Excellent.

After a very short power cut UK power networks were in touch by text extremely quickly to explain what happened and where, being on the priority list due to health problems they were very helpful and checking if power had been restored, overall for such a short power cut they were outstanding in everything they did. Very impressed

UK Power Networks are great when things go wrong. Reacently when I had no power I wasen't left wondering what was wrongh as a message came through from them very quickly explaining what was going on and followed up with messages untill my electricity was back on. It's very reasuring to have that contact.

This is an incredibly competent private company,which almost uniquely in modern Britain,does exactly what it says it will do.
Real time communication during any localised power outage is immediate, relevant,and accurate in real time, regarding restoring power.

Frequent updates on the progress being made with the issues that caused the Powercut. The speed the issue was fixed to enable Power back on

I am clinically vulnerable and keep medication in the fridge so having no power stressed me out. When I called the company I was treated like a valued customer and Jason was so respectful and made suggestions to help me cope. They even sent me a pouch that I can use in the event of another power failure that would keep my medication viable. They kept me updated on progress and offered to be available if I needed more help. Wonderful company which nowadays is a godsend instead of automated messages.

There was a power cut. I have medical equipment and the power was off for 20 seconds. They did a work around so I had power and kept me informed at all times by text. I didn’t even really notice the power cut. I have a backup battery. Didn’t need it. Thank UK power networks

Excellent communications following a power outage. All via message. I thought it was very well managed and felt informed
