I received only 2 out of 4 items
I received only 2 out of 4 items. Upon raising this issue with the company, they sent proof (cctv pictures) that all items we’re packaged at the centre, however due to poor packaging, 2 of the items were lost in transit - one of them was sharp and bore a hole in the box, allowing the 2 smaller items to fall out before being delivered. Delivery photo was also attached, however the picture was taken at an angle where the 2nd tape that was put on the box was not visible (this was non-branded tape).
After contacting the support team, they just sent the proof photos, and said there is nothing they can do about it as they dispatched all the items. They were however not delivered and lost somewhere along the way. I have received no refund, no new items to be sent, basically thrown my money away with no help.

The staff were excellent
The staff were excellent. We were forced to pick up our new strimmer almost a week after on line purchase.
The lads remembered the order and it was on the counter in less than 5 mins.

Item delivered without protection
Circular saw delivered without retail box or any protective packaging, just thrown in a box. The postman handed it to me warning about sharp items sticking out.
I don't recall any item packaged in such a poor way.
When discussing a return I advised that sending back as-is would be a hazard to anyone handling it, they just said send it back.
I am never dealing with these incompetant jokers again.
