My socks that I bought was wrongly…
My socks that I bought was wrongly advertised. It was poly mix and cotton. On website it was shown ragged wool.
When I notified CS, they told to send it back for refund. Which would cost more money for me. At the end I can’t wear poly as I have skin condition. CS should have dealt with that differently. Either send me socks that are wool, or pick up sock at the own expenses and issue refund.

Good overall room to be better
Price and delivery timescale were very good. One aspect that could be improved is where a bare tool (drill in my case) is being sent that does not have a case bubble wrap should be used to stop tool from rattling around in box during its delivery journey and in turn possibly damaging it. In my case the parcel had split and taped up by Royal Mail.

Great service bought one dewalt 1/2 inch impact gun was that impressed with quality off it and the level off service from the shop I bought a 3/8 ratchet dewalt I have no complaints about the Service I received they keep me informed about delivery and it came well packaged and undamaged and in a timely manner so would highly recommended them for tools,prices and not to bad too very competitive so now you have gained a customer cheers
