Waited with failed deliveries delayed…
Waited with failed deliveries delayed then when it had arrived found this cheaper on another site at 184 rather than 257 and no battery.
Ordered battery another company as it was cheaper. When it arrived in time and working I opened my lawnmower to find it was damaged.
I was told by customer service it would be sorted out quickly however no next steps no compensation just we will email you.
Again no response I've paid more for a broken product wasn't prompted on battery price wasn't informed next steps and I've got a lawnmower broken in my back room sat idle whilst my grass is growing

Absolutely shocking customer service.they insisted they sent a battery with an order but it wasn't in the box with other item.if you use them which i wouldn't recommend I would take a recording of you opening your parcel for proof
