Absolutely vile company
Absolutely vile company. I tried to pay to park in one of their car parks and both machines weren't working. I tried to pay online but website down so I left the car park and parked elsewhere. At no point did I leave my car unattended except to try and pay. I got a £100 fine anyway! Tried to appeal but it was refused. I can't afford to pay and can't sleep at night because of the worry. I have never had a parking fine in my life! There must be someone you can complain too as they are robbing innocent people, it's disgusting.
Waste of time appealing disgusting…
Waste of time appealing disgusting company
Absolutely terrible company and…
Absolutely terrible company and service. I paid for parking for a conference (JustPark). Later in the day, I realised I needed more time. I extended the stay via the app (well within the time frame) only to be issued with a parking fine from UKPC a week later. I submitted an appeal with all the crystal clear evidence and now am being chased by a company called ZZPS for an increased fine of £170!! Having chased this up yet again, they claim to have sent me an email acknowledging their mistake and offering a £30 ‘gesture of goodwill’. I did not receive this email so now they are hounding me with letters from zzps debt collection agency. Surely as they have recognised this was entirely their own error, they should have tried a little harder to make contact to resolve this? And at the very least just dropped the case, the minute they acknowledged they were wrong? (Saving themselves £30 in the process!!) Surely the next step is NOT to refer to a debt agency for a fine I do not owe them?! Absolutely appalling company.
Go only on carpark NUMBER not location
Failed to provide the reason for declining my appeal from the outset but offered to reduce the fine to £30. I had paid but for the wrong car park which was unclear from signage. POPLA declined my appeal as they couldn't take additional information into account. I would have paid the £30 if UKPC had indicted that in the first place.
I have received a £60.00 parking fine…
I have received a £60.00 parking fine for parking slightly over the line of a parking bay there wasn’t another car insight, I was rushing that day to pick a parcel up from Tkmaxx I was in and out in 5 minutes, UKPC mustn’t have anything else better to do to get money out of people it’s absolutely disgusting, what a disgrace that company is definitely won’t be shopping in that retail park again.
Should not be allowed to legally…
Should not be allowed to legally operate.
Parked in good faith at a shopping centre, went over time as I was having beauty treatments. Got a ticket, sent them THE RECEIPT.
They then emailed saying the appeal wasn't successful and that they had tried to contact me (utter lie), so the charge has doubled and I have evidence!
These cowboys and theievs need bringing down. Corporate forced robbery
Received a parking fine after visiting…
Received a parking fine after visiting a shopping outlet in Cornwall. I appealed explaining that when leaving the car park I had a message come up on my dashboard stating that my rear door was open. I pulled over briefly so that I could secure it before pulling onto a major road. There were no markings on the road to show that you could not stop. This took 1 minute 6 seconds as advised on the £60 fine. I received a reply saying that “after careful consideration the fine still stood” for parking in a roadway! I wasn’t really that surprised as on the original paperwork sent it stated what your options would be WHEN they rejected your appeal. To add insult to injury, as many other’s have said, they also charge you an admin fee for paying the bill. This basically stinks of a money making scheme without consideration to people’s safety.

If I could give less than 1 star i would we got a parking fine from this comany for not being parked correctly in the bay! it was 7.52pm at night the carpark closed at 8pm no one else in the car park hardly we were in a rush to get my son something before the shop shut we had the front tyre over the white line into the bay next to us. £100 fine through the post nothing on the car so say you have a fine! needed to be paid within 7 days! or was going up to £170 and if not paid within a further 7 days £255!!!!! Very threatening letters only 14 days to appeal! Disgusting Company
Appealed against the fine 21-07-25…
Appealed against the fine 21-07-25 however they didnt bother to reply. I expected their reply after the expiry due date so they could increase the fine however still nothing from them. I was fined at a hospital. Given this company`s review history , the Hospital Trusts should cancel their contract and use a company with efficient staff with common sense and not a company who cannot be rated over 1 star by anyone,
Absolutely disgusting firm
Absolutely disgusting firm. I went on an icy snowy day to a retail park and the lines were unclear due to snow. Empty car park! They say I was over the line slightly. Ended up paying 170 as they threatened with DCB legal firm! Had to pay ZZPS - told me not to pay as it suggests I accept liability - they then refuted the appeal. I paid ZZPS in full and still had a letter off DCB saying they were taking me to court! Terrible bullies if I had the money and time to take them on in court I would!!!
Horrible and someone needs to take them…
Horrible and someone needs to take them to court to end all this theft and put them in jail.
Not independently checked contesting…
Not independently checked contesting system. The company will drag you through the mud regardless of innocence. Not something that should exist within a civilsied society. Disgusting.
Like many others
Like many others, I wish I could give less than star. But parked up for a few hours outside a screwfix late in the evening, stayed in the car waiting for my son. No obvious signs so got a £60 fine. Tried to appeal it but got no receipt or email after submitting it. Read reviews about they wait before dealing with appeal so now you have to pay £100. So paid my £61.50 just incase. Just as well I did because on 29/07/25 (1 month later) they replied to my appeal. Saying it was correct and me paying admitted liability. No UKPC, me paying was because I was fearful that because of your shady practices you'd have made me pay £100 whilst in appeal.
Fined £170 without prior notice
I made a mistake and entered a car park in Oldham, I drove through. I was on the car park a minute or so, this was back in June. Yesterday a fine notice for £170 came in, 6 weeks after the incident no prior notice. I paid it (plus £1.50 transaction fee!!!!) and then tried to appeal. I cant appeal because I've paid it !!!!!
pair of crooks - fining people who have already paid to park!
visited Kempston Street, Liverpool, L3 carpark - a nasty grotty little back street car park at that!
drove in 13:03, found a space, grabbed coat/bags walked over to the machine at the other end of the car park, wrestled with the adding time function on a machine with the really faded display and faded instructions, paid for 4 hours at 13:10 (although the expiry was 17:00, which was fine)
drove out of the car park at 16:59, so within the allocated time.
I kept my parking ticket that I'd bought - just in case!
9 days later I received a parking charge through the post for £40/£100
appealed with a photo of my ticket, placed on top of the letter.
4 weeks later - appeal denied, but as a gesture of goodwill, I could pay £30 instead of the £100.
Looked up these crooks on Companies House, raised a complaint with Trading Standards and Citizens Advice, now off to raise a complaint with POPLA.
I was parked within the lines, my ticket was clearly displayed and I paid for my parking already once!!
What a bunch of crooks these people are (Benedict Michael Booke and Kenan Thomas Erkul) you should be ashamed of yourselves!!
Dodgy business practices
I received a parking penalty charge in the post for parking a few minutes in an area where it wasn’t obvious it was a restricted parking area. After I received the penalty charge I went back to check if there were actually signs to say it was a restricted parking area. It was obvious then how I missed the signs because they were at the very top of a very tall lamp post. This company operate in a manner to catch out the public and then writes to them in a threatening manner which forces them to pay up rather than have a whole lot of hassle from them. Why hasn’t this company been investigated for its dodgy business practices.
CCTV Vultures
A frustrating experience with an all-too-familiar story.
While I acknowledge that I overstayed by 10 minutes, the penalty imposed was entirely disproportionate — especially when compared to charges issued by local councils for similar infractions. It’s difficult to see this as anything other than opportunistic, greedy overcharging.
The widespread criticism of this company speaks volumes, and I wouldn't be surprised if such practices are subject to tighter regulation or outright reform in the near future. The current model prioritizes greed over fairness. Just another unethical, lazy way to extract money from everyday people. Plain and simple.
Completely robbed
Completely robbed. Money with menaces. These people are crooks yet they have legal protection.
Too expensive to challenge them.
Pure theft, nothing else.
Scavenging jackals.
Tried to get a receipt for payment
Tried to get a receipt for payment.
No option on machine. Use number no options. Use receipt option on side of machine and it cannot find payment. Odd that as they tookmy money from my bank ok. Why is this firm not thrown out of British Parking Association..
They will never change until they have to pay fines or lose accreditation
