They are actually 0 stars...they don'y appear to exist anymore! I tried to cancel my booking for a refund and could not get into my booking, onto their website or contact them via email or phone. I did however get hold of the parking company that I should have been getting meet & greet from via UK P&R and they tod me that my booking had not been canceled nd they had not been paid for any of the work they'd done for this company for several months! They would allow me to park but could not refund me....As all my travel plans had to be cancelled because my partner is too sick to leave I could ot use it and have lost all my money. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY

I will never use this company again

I will never use this company again. I dropped off my car at stanstead for the weekend in good condition. Upon receiving my car, my wheel cover was missing and when I highlighted that this was not the condition I left my car in. The representative from UK Park and Fly was very nonchalant and unapologetic. He advised that I contact the office on the following day to discuss. Long story short, the office were unfriendly, rude and unhelpful. I sent pictures and explained the situation but they were reluctant to pay as they said there was no proof that the wheel cover was not missing before drop off.

Compliment instead of a complaint

So its obvious that these guys have had some pretty awful reviews on their service recently.
Always easy to complain but people do not bother to compliment the majority of the time and so thats what I intend to do now.

Due to the bad reviews, we were understandably nervous but UK Park and Fly booked our parking at Luton with Orange Meet and Greet and the efficiency, manners and professionalism of these guys was just outstanding.
Couple this with the ease of booking with UK Park and Fly and the excellant rate given, we will not go anywhere else in future.
Well done all !!!!

Never again

We booked with UK Park and fly and had our confirmatory email. We received a message from UKPF confirming our booking with Blue circle on 15/06/23 with two unanswered telephone numbers. We followed the instructions. No one there! We were told by two other companies that Blue circle went bankrupt in march? We managed to get booked with another company for parking. Then to rub salt in the wounds we had another message from UKPF on our return to the UK. Telling us to phone the same numbers to get our car back.....NEVER AGAIN UKPF!

We booked Sure pick up - they picked up 20 mn late

We booked Sure pick up. Called 20 mn in advance as per instructions. Waited at the airport car park for 20mn for the car to be collected!! Called twice and was told driver was on the way, the driver was puzzled about being late and said he didn’t realise and was only just sent. Never to be used again.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS THEY WILL SCAM YOU FOR MONEY!!!!!

We dropped off our car in the short stay car park on the 10th December. The driver took £10 off us as this is all we had and he had no change. We then arrived home around 2:30am in the morning on the 14th December as our flight was delayed. We then met the driver in the short stay car park again as he drove our car in and he charged us £10 for a late fee. We gave him the money and as were leaving the short stay car park the fee was £232 which was not right as we saw the driver just drive in. Our car had only been in the short stay car park for a matter of seconds. We initially thought it was due to Manchester airports cameras not picking up the right number plate as it came up with the wrong number plate so we called for assistance on the barrier. A man who was working for Manchester airport then confirmed that the £232 was right as our car had been in the airport for 3 days. We were shocked and questioned the driver why on Earth it was £232! The deal was they come and take your car in a safe place! The driver then shít himself as he knew exactly what had happened. The Manchester airport assisted then explained to me through the barrier that They “tail gate” cars so Manchester airport can’t pick up number plates so the money we give them they pocket it instead as they don’t have to pay a short stay fee. He told us that we had been scammed and now had a £232 fee to pay. The driver had also literally admitted to us that he “tail gate cars all the time” which means that he would drive right up the back of someone’s car so they don’t get charged and keep the money we give them. This is obviously what had happened to us and we were trapped on the other side with a unpaid £232 fee. The driver got me to get out of the car and drove the car through Manchester airport car park again and admitted to trying to tail gate again to get us out of the fee!!!!! He kept telling us to “not worry” constantly and then ended up running away as there was a large fee to pay as we were getting angry as the company had clearly bumped us. Luckily Manchester airport let us off the fee as they understood that we had been scammed and we rang the company after we got home and they just said “that can’t happen that can’t be right” and we asked for a refund as they had literally scammed us and they just said “Easy holiday park and fly do not take any responsibility after customer book with us” You will not get your money back and you will get scammed. If this doesn’t put you off choosing this company then I don’t know what will, just go with ANY other company they will scam you!!!!

Scum.....do not use EVER!!!!

Trading as Ezybook but registered on companies house as Go Park And Fly Ltd....please read trustpilot for both companies before booking anything with this company
They are pur scum.... Disgusting thieves!!!!
Used 3/4 tank of fuel took £20 cash from us to pay the airport which we thought yeah no probs but on collection we had to pay to exit the airport.
After a 15 hour flight we proceeded to where the email told us, rang the man who told us 10 mins after 45 mins we rang back to be told no driver available we need to get a taxi to their office, told them no that's not how meet and greet works, then waited another 40 mins to be told the driver had taken our car to terminal 2 and we needed to get a train, again told them no if the driver was already driving my car to drive it to terminal 4 as per there email instruction. After a heated exchange we had a call to say our car was on level 3 when we got there the car was locked and key left on the tyre, they didn't want to face us especially after the theft they have carried out. They have rummogaged through the car taken money out of the centre console pennies but not the point.Came home to a £40 parking ticket.......absolutely disgusting service.....AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Booked for Stansted

Booked for Stansted , arrived at what was like a deserted breakers yard in the dark , no staff member in sight , everything locked up, no answer to the telephone number they tell you to call on your way, two other couples also in same situation. No possibility of getting to airport from there so had to drive to airport and pay ridiculous amount so as not to miss flight ( we only just made it). These people do not give a dam and will just take your money with no intention of supplying the service you have paid for and they don't care if you miss your holiday. Disgusting. Don't even think of using them.

I would leave zero stars if I could

I would leave zero stars if I could. We booked a 3am meet and greet at Heathrow. They passed the booking to a company called park expert who didn't turn up or answer the phone. They said they didn't actually start till 4am. We had to pay extra to leave the short stay car park They arranged to meet us is and pay to stay in a long stay for 5 days which cost £167.00. They refunded the initial amount but not interested in the extra costs we incurred due to their incompetence. My advice is DON'T USE THIS FIRM.

***AVOID*** Do not use this company. They also go by the name of Skylink. A bunch of cowboys that lie. Waited nearly an hour and half on my return to Gatwick. Kept ringing they put the phone down on me, then told me they were jump starting the car because the battery was flat. Liars, the clock was right and when battery is flat a code is needed to restart the radio, but the radio was fine. I told them to take me to where my car was and they refused, and refused to give me the address. Another guy picking up cars for them said they were trying to find my car. Others were calling them and getting different excuses why they waited for so long for their car. THEY ARE CHEAP BUT NOT WORTH IT AVOID,.

Go park and fly would never use them…

Go park and fly would never use them again and would not recommend. The parking is like a scrap yard with cars parked along the roadside staff very rude. Took them an hour to collect us to pick up car which was filthy and cover in sticky leaves and foliage obviously parked along a wooded roadside and charges extra to come into and out car park avoid at all

I recently had to cancel my booking…

I recently had to cancel my booking with this company and it has been very difficult to get a refund. Firstly they keep over £20 as an admin fee, then they got my name wrong when sending the refund via PayPal, finally after a week of trying to get this sorted I received this email from Alexis who is a customer service agent (you can't actually speak to anyone)
Very please to hear that. you , you cant even remember which mail you used you are just a rude Bi--h
I have a gmail account and whether it's gmail or googlemail it makes no difference. I had told her I would never use UK Park and Fly again and that was the response. Think very carefully about booking through this company.

Customer service is non existent.

I have spent the last two weeks trying to contact this company regarding cancellation or amendment of a booking. Their phone number only directs you to other options e.g. emails etc, and there is no option to actually talk with them. Emails, of which I have sent several, are just ignored. Their customer service is non existent. If anybody from this company reads this review my booking number is UKPF262838.

Having used this co for many years they…

Having used this co for many years they have been v good.
BUT when things go wrong their customer service falls V short.
you cannot phone them and any email takes ages to reply if you can get one.
After cancelling it took 5 emails and referral to PayPal to get a response.
They did however eventually pay the refund.
Their refund policy is not inline with other operators who will offer refund or voucher, ukpark and fly will deduct admins and other charges first.
hopefully they will fall into line and then I will continue to use them.

Use shady operators - Click Parking

Use shady operators. Click Parking meet and greet sold as no hidden fees but then you have to pay £10 for short stay to drop off AND pick up!

Car came back with a damaged alloy and they don’t care as an agent and no recourse to operator.

AVOID CLICK PARKING!!!

Cont Go ParkN fly

Go Park N Fly Ltd should not be able to do business on the search at Manchester Airport. There must be away of getting them removed even if they pop up under another name.

Wouldn’t use this company again

Wouldn’t use this company again, we had booked our car in for 2 weeks, due to the Coronavirus our holiday was cancelled, I asked if we would just be able to change the dates on the booking for later in the year, was told no as it’s a ‘non flexi’ booking therefore the money would be lost, normally I wouldn’t argue the case and if we had chosen not to go then fair enough, the reason we couldn’t go was because of a pandemic! No one had a choice here I can’t believe out of good will they wouldn’t agree to simply just change the dates, disgusting customer service so unhelpful and will never use again!

They charged £20
The charge was for a change bin my booking
When I booked my parking
I imputed the flight times and flight no
I imputed drop off time 1200
When the booking was complete it cha to 9 am
I instantly changed on the booking site at that time no request was made for additional payment
When I arrived at the airport
The driver requested £20 for a booking change
I explained but he was only the driver
He called us boss Stuart who was extremely rude and threaten me with a no show even though I was there unless I pay
I gave email customers service twice with no response
So don’t book this rip off company

Will never use again

We used this company at Stansted on a recent holiday. We had to pay £8 to park in a car park to meet them when we noticed that the drop off zone was charging only £4. We were told on the day of departure that because our arrival time back home was after midnight there would be an additional charge of £30 cash to be paid to the driver to drop our car off as their drivers did not come out at this time. We also had another £8 charge for this car park when we came back. We were not given a receipt for the £30 as we were told we had to get this from UK Park and Fly. We have asked twice and not received one. Also our car was filthy and nearly on empty after having been filled up beforehand and had only been driven 85 miles to the airport. Will NEVER use this company again. Cowboys.
