My husband and I originally went to see UK immigration help, to see what the process would be if he were to apply for a spousal permit in his country of nationality as his visa was due to expire at the end of the month and we had thought that the financial criteria would have only been met the month later. In the initial meeting we were greeted by Jackie and she had asked to have a look at the payslips to see if there was any possibility the visa application could have been sent off before my husband would have to go back to his country of nationality to apply. She was very thorough and double checked everything. She said the financial criteria can most definitely be met before so there was no need for him to apply from his country of nationality and we were absolutely thrilled. She had instilled her trust in us and we had decided use UK immigration help to apply for the spousal visa.
