AVOID AVOID AVOID. THEY TAKE THE GOVERNMENT MONEY AND DO A SUBSTANDARD JOB

9 months ago they installed a new hatch as part of a bigger project. Today my loft is being decked by a carpenter so it can be used as storage. He went up to start the work and whoever had fitted the new hatch had also cut through supporting beams and just left them. Which means that if anyone had attempted to get up into the loft, they would have just fallen through the ceiling. I’m so vexed and will be on to this company on Monday when they open. It was shoddy workmanship and frankly very dangerous. Resulting in me being another couple of £100 out of pocket trying to correct it

Got straight into the jobs explaining how they were going to be doing them didn’t stop and went beyond their duty in helping me clear some board out of loft couldn’t be more pleased with process from office staff on phone to chaps Lee and Lee who did wall and loft insulating once again thanking all of you credit to your company

Fast enough to get you something installed!

I had some heaters installed by them on a government grant. Up until installation, not an issue. Then two people who I 'think' were electrical engineers turned up and installed my heaters, which included 2 storage heaters. They were done in literally 2 hours and seemed far more concerned with getting to their next job rather than making sure this was done right. Very hasty exit and I basically got a manual and was told, oh, we just fit em. Out the door!

Both heaters tripped within a week. Elnur came out, found out one of the heaters was so poorly put together that the heat was escaping and tripping the limiter. He put it back together. The other one had also been poorly installed, the grate where the heat escapes hadn't even been screwed on! I assume it was an electrician and an apprenctice electrician, the apprentice did both heaters, the work was not checked.

After care! None existent! Can't get through on the phone. Texts go unanswered. I was told they had received a report from Elnur about the condition of the builds, heard nothing from that! The only text I received was an apology because said person was on annual leave! What, so nobody looks after cases when someone is absent?!

I have since turned the one heater off because it is not charging and is running on the boost function, which is expensive! If it's a manufacturing fault, fine, but the installer is supposed to rectify any problems! This has not happened! I can only hope this doesn't affect my warranty!

Overall I have been left bitter by interactions, (or rather lack of) with this company. The actual heating company have helped me more and they didn't even install the heaters!

Avoid to be perfectly honest!

Im fuming.

Im fuming. I've given a star for the work which has been carried out. I chose Uk Energy Management because of the high ratings on Trustpilot. First the Surveyor comes out, who I would rate as 5 star. Very thorough, explained everything that would happen from getting cavity wall and loft insulation followed by new thermostats, new radiators on pipework for the air source heat pump and informed me that there was enough light on our house for solar panels to be fitted (PV panels). First the cavity walls and loft insulation was done in one day. The job was done as it should be but they had no respect for us or the house and were they even informed that we had a child with mental health issues? Left mess and brick dust everywhere and used our neighbours garden aswell for their equipment. 20-11-2025 Chap comes round to change the thermostats and radiator valves. I asked him why he was putting the new valves on the old radiators and especially as the surveyor had told me the radiator pipes were 6mm and should be 10mm. He said I don't know mate I'm just doing valves and thermostats today. I thought it was a bit odd as they would have to drain the system again when they change the radiators. OK, job done well and worth 3-4 star rating. Today (21-11) Courtesy call asking me how the job went so I explained about the valves put on the old radiators, she replied "we're not fitting new radiators or air source heat pump or solar panels just cavity wall and loft insulation, radiator valves and thermostats" nothing else, so why did the surveyor explain in detail everything that would be fitted? I'm left with thermostats that seem to work via Internet connection. A thermostat in the airing cupboard I know nothing about, a thermostat in the hallway I don't know how to use and a broken oil boiler- Cheers guys. I'm fuming is putting it mildly
