Great work from John & lee really helpful &friendly team, they explained the work they was doing throughout house and really went the extra mile helping with loft insulation which was bit more difficult than normal and on hot sunny day too.. they was also great with our dog been bit of a pain barking they was very understanding and kind also cleaned up any mess left after themselves such a great team

October 2025 got told I was eligible for free loft insulation, November they called me and said they'll send someone over in December to assess the loft. January they still hadn't arrived and I tried calling back with no avail. February they said I'm still on the list and they'll send someone first week of March. I called afternoon asking where they were and they said they'd call me back (no one did). Called after the weekend and they said they'd send a surveyor now and to call in the morning to find out what time. Called in the morning and they said the team would call in the evening (they did not). After that, the surveyor apparently had been taken to hospital, they said someone will come next day (no one did) then 2 days later they said there wasn't any money in the budget now to do my loft. Communication appalling (I majority of the time had to call them, and wasted my time waiting around for people to not come.

Mark and Brian recently carried out loft insulation, window vents and extractor fan installation at our home as part of an energy efficiency upgrade. They were both very professional, friendly and polite throughout the work.

They took the time to explain what they were doing, worked efficiently and left everything clean and tidy once the job was completed. It was clear they take pride in their work and in doing a good job for the customer.

A really positive experience and we’re very happy with the work completed. Thank you both.

The whole process was really quick and all of the works have been completed to a high standard!
From applying for funding, Jessica came to asses my house and Lee + Shaun who completed the works, everyone was really helpful and friendly.

I had john and Lee do my loft insulation, great friendly informative couple of guys really did a great job and efficient aswell.

Lee and John fitted my loft insulation and triple vents on Friday and I have to say — what a duo! It was like watching a well-rehearsed double act… except instead of comedy they were installing insulation.

They were incredibly professional and clearly take pride in their work. Before doing anything, they talked me through exactly what they were going to do and made sure I understood the process, which I really appreciated.

They were also very house-proud — tidying up as they went and leaving everything spotless when the job was finished. You wouldn’t even know they’d been there… apart from the much better insulated loft!

Fantastic job from start to finish. If Lee and John turn up at your door, you know you’re in good hands. Highly recommend!

DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. They fitted rad pipes for my mother under the government scheme. Its been 3 weeks and they havent fixed the problem. Every time you will call them, they will brush you off. They are meant to be helping the elderly and getting paid via the government. Total scam. DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS. Staff are so condescending. They will expect your 90yr old mother to operate the boiler system.

John and Lee did my loft insulation and ventilation. Bless them they worked so hard. The most amazing and friendliest guys. Did a brilliant job and even cleaned up after themselves. Well worth the visit and highly recommended them personally!!

The two guys were friendly and efficient. Im not good with names but I think one of them is called Sean. They were considerate of the fact I have a dog and she needed to be in a different room to them and they worked around her. The work looks to be of a good standard and they cleaned up after themselves. Would highly recommend!
