Following a 1 time purchase in Sept 2024 - this company has without my permission retained my Credit Card details.
They then took an unauthorised payment of £299.99 in Feb 2025.
They have not responded to my emails or online chat.
I would suggest that this company cannot be trusted - potentially both retaining my details after a one time payment and subsequently taking an unauthorised payment is fraudulent.
I have reported them to my credit card provider who will take the appropriate action - as well as the pain of cancelling a credit card.

Never received the deed poll I ordered, no reply to communication at all. Currently trying to get my money back via my bank. Do not use this service!

I bought a deed poll from this service. When the confirmation email came back I realised I had made an error so immediately corrected the error by responding to email as requested. However upon receiving deed poll it contained the error. I contacted the service by phone and was told I need to email. Advised emails are responded to within hours which was clearly not true as I had been waiting days. After numerous chasing emails the company eventually said there was nothing they could do as they had no record of receiving my email. Even though I had a clearly printed out email trail showing the email had been sent. I asked fir a refund they said no. I asked how to make a complaint and they said email and so I did . That was 4 months ago and still no response. This is a terrible company extremely rude and I never write reviews but I was so appalled at how they treat customers I felt compelled to write a review to warn other customers. I would recommend using another deed poll service.
