Ordered 2 lenses with a total price of over £1000, one in stock, the other 5 to 7 working days. Arranged for both to be sent together to save on postage, after the first week I contacted them and they told me one was out of stock with Sigma and they would contact Sigma and me on Monday (which was a bank holiday), offered to send the 'in stock' lens which never materialised. contacted again after almost 2 weeks and told it could be another 2 weeks and again offered to send the 'in stock' lens, 2 days later, over 2 weeks emailed again to cancel order but no reply after 3 hours. The out of stock lens still listed as 5 to 7 days even though I was told possible 2 weeks. Very upset as missed a great photo opportunity waiting for these lenses and the total lack of communication from them. Appalling! Eventually phoned up and got a full refund and apology, I'm sure this is not the way they normally trade but for me it's never again.

Good service, great prices and considerate follow up. Recently bought a Sony DSC HX90V plus the good value Saver Kit, which included a decent case. Richard bothered to phone to let me know that they hadn't got the Sandisc in stock but had replaced it with another and were reimbursing the difference. Camera arrived 24 hours after ordering.

Spoke to Richard to give level of comfort before ordering - you can tell a lot about a company by speaking to them. Ordered a Panasonic G80 at a great price, with a couple of filters thrown in, arrived the next day. Great result and would happily use again.

Purchased an Olympus E-M10 mark ii and well what can i say... not only was the camera amazing but the service i received was also exceptional. Their website may be a bit basic and not as user friendly as some but you can always give them a call. I placed a call a few times which for me was always answered straight away and by super friendly and helpful staff (Richard in particular) which made the experience of parting with my hard earned money that bit easier to bare :)
Most important point i'd like to make is that they had by far the best price out on the market for what i wanted and then on top of that they even threw in extras life screen protector and lens filters, totally free! Oh and tracked delivery was superfast!

Will definitely be shopping here again in the future,

Ordered a Sony A6000L camera from UKCameraStore yesterday and it arrived today by courier.
The price was excellent with a few extras provided FOC, a 2 year warranty, an additional battery (albeit not a Sony product but compatible) and a LCD screen protector.
Absolutely perfect service and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Ordered a camera on a Saturday and realized on the same day that it was a mistake, so I sent an email asking politely to cancel and return the already transferred money. That was more than 2 weeks ago, they haven not responded to any of my attempt of contacting and sent me neither a camera nor my money.

Edit: I got my money back after the third attempt of contact.

They had some stock issues, i.e. didn't have the body-only version that i wanted, to they opened another box, removed the standard lens and dispatched within a couple of hours.

I bought a Panasonic Lumix TZ60 from the UK camera store some two years ago and with only ten days remaining on the two year warranty ( one year, Panasonic + one year extension provided by UKCS ) the camera developed a disabling fault ( jammed zoom lens ) I was advised to return the camera to UKCS and they would take it from there . Within two weeks the camera was returned to me fully repaired under warranty ( by Panasonic's official repairers ) and fully checked for all functions. Exceptional ( in this day and age) customer care and attention from UKCS and I wholeheartedly recommend the company to anyone looking to buy ( and receive professional & caring after sales ) photographic equipment . Plus,, their pricing is as good as it gets!!

I purchased a Panasonic DMC TZ100 digital camera.
The price was really good because a free package of a Panasonic camera case and battery were included. Easy to contact friendly staff on the phone or on line.
This was not a Grey import. so warranty is fine with Panasonic

Just received my camera and case that was a fairly competitive deal on their part. However, at nearly £7 for postage, I expected a better response when I stayed in all day, as requested in an email, and I discovered it was not down for delivery until 3 days later. I informed the company that I was less-than-happy at wasting that day but they didn't have the courtesy to even reply. I won't use them again as a result of that failure.
