Very good booking service very nice telephone manner, got just what we wanted,

It was alright but the waiting of the coach for the trips were quite long especially on the Thursday to go to the Holy island

YOUNG MAN RANG ME BACK AFTER SECORING ME A SINGLE ROOM

Rang re booking and checking price for single occupancy and baby cot.
When ring back no room for single mother and you do not need to use hotels cot.
Not the first time staff have advised differently within minutes.
Very poor service. However staff are always pleasant, they just don't sing from the same song sheet.

From walking in the door to leaving we had a fabulous time.
Each member of staff are helpful and accommodating where ever possible. The food was good. And the atmosphere was lovely.
Only issue is our room was Tired and needs a refresh. Some communal areas also need painting and brighten.
The seating in the huge lounge and ballroom was good. Entertainment was good. Overall happy with our break

Always get excellent service when I speak to them. Friendly, helpful and always deliver. Let’s hope my most recent booking doesn’t let me down ha ha. This is the first time with this company,We stayed at the Shanklin beach Hotel IOW.The whole experience from start to finish was vey good-from the booking,and the Ferry and Hotel was seamless.We had a beach facing room-the sight and sound of the waves breaking was a bonus, the meals were quite good,The Hotel was a little tired but all the staff went out of thier way to make the trip enjoyable .

Booking online was a simple process, with-in a couple of minutes a staff member called to sort out our details for the ferry, great service as usual.
The fact the the cost of the ferry is included makes things easier, everything is covered in one payment, so straight forward

The food at The Burstin hotel in Folkestone I found was poor in quality.
Staff very helpful,accommodation was what I expected.
