We recently completed a full bathroom…

We recently completed a full bathroom renovation, and as anyone who’s been through it knows, it can be incredibly stressful, as expected, it came with its fair share of last-minute changes.

The UK Bathroom team support made a huge difference to the experience. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Really great experience with UK Bathroom Warehouse from start to finish.

The sales and reception team were friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to deal with. They took the time to understand exactly what I needed and the style I was going for, and helped design a bathroom that suited both the space and my requirements perfectly. Lots of helpful advice without any pressure.
Communication was excellent throughout, any questions or enquiries were answered quickly and clearly. Delivery was smooth and well organised.
I also collected items from the warehouse and the team there were just as helpful and efficient. Everything was ready, the process was quick, and they were happy to help check and load the order.
Overall, a really smooth and stress-free experience. Would definitely recommend and use again.

not interested unless you’ve got a high budget

we visited the Wallingford branch of this company as we are intending to fit a new bathroom suite
we discussed in detail what we were looking for and although we were told that their plumber ‘ wouldn’t work for less than £5000 ‘ he did visit us to look at the work needed
we were told that a design would then be drawn up and they would get in touch to arrange an return appointment in 2 - 3 weeks time for us to see the plans and hopefully proceed
well it’s now been two months and we’ve heard absolutely nothing back from them- no telephone calls no emails
judging on their showroom maybe our budget of £15k isn’t high enough for them to want our custom and they only want the more expensive renovations
we have since employed an alternative local company who are very friendly and professional - the total opposite of this one

I visited the Wallingford location and cannot speak highly enough of the assistance given to me by Victoria on Reception, and by Ian who provided me with excellent advice and guidance. Thank you both.

ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING AND DISGUSTING…

ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING AND DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICES FROM THE MD STEVE FREELAND.

I bought a toilet seat and it has issues and they are so rude.

I would warn anyone using them to be very careful and if you need communication personal message me directly.

Black Products don’t last well

Black Products don’t last well. Already finding issues with metal coating on the black Matt basin pop up waste and 14.99 these items were installed in July / august so less than a year.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

The salesman/designer came to my property to measure bathroom, we ordered, only to find that nothing actually fitted in the space as proposed. This turned into a complete nightmare and UK Bathroom Warehouse didn't offer solutions, help (or even answer emails in a timely way). Avoid this place and opt for a better provider!

Great experience

These guys were great right from the start. They sorted out all of the issues I had. They came to my house to see how it would work together. The digital computer display of what it would look like in the future was very useful. At the last minute I realised I had ordered the wrong item and they sorted it with a better one. I would highly recommend them. Good quality products. Many thanks for all of your hard work.

Parcel not received and poor communication + customer service

I am undergoing a large bathroom. Ordered two click wastes to match the taps for the sink. Order placed on 11th August, and another email sent on 23rd August after no updates for almost two weeks - no reply to this email. We then had to go away last minute for a while due to a family emergency, when we picked this back up, it was November- still no updates. No email with dispatch information or tracking link, no communication if it delivery was ever made.
Upon chasing this up, I had to call 3 times and email twice and finally got a reply last week. Apparently there is a delivery signature which is not anyone that could have been at the property or anyone we know. Still no click wastes and still no resolution to this issue.

The majority of your order was delivered to you on Monday as planned, however, when your order was picked in our warehouse there were two items that were identified to have quality issues.

These items, therefore, needed to be re-ordered as we did not want to send out substandard quality products. The issue was rectified within 24 hours.

Great service from Vinny and the team…

Great service from Vinny and the team at Wallingford branch. Spent a fair few hours with Vinny planning a bathroom, en-suite and cloakroom. All items arrived on time and were dispatched to our building site as and when needed by the building team. Highly recommend them for advice, planning and quality products. Used them 10 years ago and went straight back (although they'd moved across the road!)

Excellent service.

We bought all of the sanitaryware for our new ensuite in 2019 just before the first lockdown from the Wallingford showroom. When we eventually managed to get the work started a week ago (May 2021) we noticed that the basin that was delivered was the wrong model. Vinny at Wallingford arranged for the basin to be reordered and changed very quickly and did not make any issue about the fact we had received delivery so long ago. Excellent service and great people to do business with.

Great result after slow start

Ordered shower tray, enclosure and bath from the Oxford Branch. Had some problems with quality of the shower tray and bath, which took time to resolve (not helped by lockdown). Vinny at Wallingford went ‘above and beyond’ to ensure we finally got the bathroom we wanted. Four stars overall but Five stars for Vinny.

Great customer service

We bought a new bathroom from UK Bathroom Warehouse in Wallingford at the end of 2019. Customer service was great, from beginning to delivery. We had a problem a problem with the basin tap four days ago. The internal cartridge had disintegrated, not expected after 13 months. They got onto the manufacturer Crosswater immediately, who delivered a new cartridge on their own van 2 days later. Great help all round. The tap works perfectly now. Very happy UK Bathroom Warehouse customer.

DO NOT HONOUR THE WARRANTY! STAY AWAY

I purchased three Fiora sinks from this company and all over £1000, they are bespoke and there was a lot of delays in getting them, when we got it we got the wrong parts that would not fit to the wall, so we had to wait for a replacement. when the replacement arrived the magnetic drawer would not work hence the drawer would not close, after days of discussion and videos and pictures, the company finally accept to send a replacement part so we can fix it.

less than one year one of the three units start peeling, the one that we have in guest room and barley used, the company send me a DIY kit to fix it myself which I refused, these units comes with 5 years warranty, then I was told we caused the damage and there is no way the paint would come off.

Luckily we have two other unit to compareit to and we know for fact this unit was faulty, they all came at different times so they are not from the same batch. the company has stop replying to me and refuse to replace/refund or fix it.

I would stay away from a company that would not honour their guarantee!!! specially when it cost £1200!

Thanks for your feedback, we tried to resolve this issue with Fiora directly who manufacture the vanity unit. Fiora advised if it were a manufacture defect then they would repair the item at no cost to you. If it was not a manufacturing defect, then the repair would be chargeable as it would not be covered by your product warranty.

A 3rd party representative who visited site on behalf of the manufacture advised that the unit was not faulty and in fact the item was chipped.

As the item was deemed not to be faulty a repair could not be carried out free of charge for you.

Thank you, Vinny!

We ordered our new bathroom fittings from the Wallingford branch. Vinny was a great help in deciding what to buy, and then in getting hold of crucial items that were promised by the suppliers but didn't turn up. If it hadn't been for him we would have been sitting with unfinished bathrooms for weeks. So thank you, Vinny!

18th Dec emailed at 3.00 to receive message shut for Christmas open on 4th Jan - the day my builders are arriving to fit the bathroom.
So poor service for not properly boxing/checking goods, and poor service for not having anyone available On 18 December.

Great customer service

All in all the experience was very good. I ordered practically everything required for a new bathroom. So a relatively large order of many things.

The website was the only thing that really lets you down. If you had a stock taking system that had an accurate depiction of stock and more realistic dispatch times then this would be a 5*

The customer service is impeccable and really saved the day. Being able to adjust my order to work for timings that were not expected when dispatch time went from 3 days to 30 days on certain items. The team are well mannered and replied extremely quickly and made every adjustment they could for myself.

Keep up the good work - I would use you again but would make sure it was almost 2 months before I start the project to save pain on both sides

Well done!

I needed new buffers for my toilet and Kasia was brilliant in every way in sourcing and sending them to me. How refreshing to find a company which really cares about its customers.
She provided a friendly and yet very professional service and I would recommend Bathroom Warehouse wholeheartedly, especially if you can deal with Kasia! Thank you Kasia, you’re brilliant!
