After taking payment and not receiving order after two weeks and multiple unanswered emails still nothing.
Facebook page is down and looks like the company is doing a disappearing act with my money!

Website said item was in stock, ordered and they emailed to say out of stock for 2-3 weeks. I requested a refund and am still waiting for my refind 2 weeks later, terrible customer service.

Terrible company - quick to respond to sales enquiries but non existent service when an issue arises. Awaiting refund dating back to over a month ago for an item the company were unable to fulfil from my order.

they are not delivering my order. They took my money and i have never heard anything ever again. The phone number is fake and doesn't work therefore. I will take legal action asap.

After placing an order 4 weeks ago we have still not received anything (delivery time is advertised as 3-10 days on their website) and they have stopped answering any emails or calls. We have been chasing for weeks the number provided will ring out every time without fail. I have had correspondence with the company once and was advised that our items were due to be delivered to their warehouse, but still nothing. The worst customer service I have experienced, to the point of questioning the legitimacy on the company. I’m not sure if I’ll ever receive any items or get my money back.

Do not use this company under any circumstances….wish I’d researched before ordering. The 3-5 days delivery when you order is a lie and once they have your money, they don’t reply to emails and phone is never answered. I have found our item through an alternative company now, I am not prepared to wait months as others seem to have had to do. I am waiting for a refund now and funnily enough have got no reply. Taking it up with credit card company. It seems if anything is sent out, it is broken (they must have a room full of broken stuff to keep customers quiet for a bit longer) The few good reviews on here I don’t believe and they must be stopped from taking innocent customer’s money. Can’t understand how they are getting away with it..,AVOID at all costs

So many excuses as to delivery that never happened.
Agreed to cancel order. Could not get my money back until my credit card company got involved.
Avoid this company.

Do not use this company. They are scammers. They take your money and then do not send out any products. The telephone number does not get answered and simply says "busy". The emails are never replied to.
Avoid at all costs.

Placed order on the 2nd March with a lead delivery date of 3-5 days.
To date nothing
Loads of excuses via e-mail, then no replies.
Phone number is never answered.
Do not use this company….rip-off scammers

This is another one of those too good to be true companies. I purchased some basin taps and wastes via their website, only to be informed the payment hadn't completed properly and the order was cancelled (I wish i'd left it there). I confirmed that the issue was with their system and once they'd got back to me, i reordered the same items. This time payment was taken and i believed all was well. However, the items have not arrived, they are no longer responding to my emails and the phone number provided just rings through (strange, when i was getting instant responses to my emails, whilst i was making the purchase!). I have now cancelled the order and requested a refund (wonder if i'll ever get it) and will follow up with paypal and my creditcard provider to regain the money.

Long story short, stay away from this company! They're a scam!!!

Just the worst company I have ever dealt with.

My order was never delivered in the 5 days stated. There is no phone line to contact. I sent numerous emails to he told my order was on its way.

I’ve not cancelled the order and cannot get a refund of +£500!

I have been waiting for a delivery from this company since 23/03/24 I have sent emails but haven’t had a reply. It’s only a tap but I can’t afford to lose money I wish I had read the reviews because I am disappointed to see that this company has been in liquidation for 6months but are still taking peoples orders and keeping there money but aren’t sending out there goods…. It’s disgusting this is happening they are scamming customers out of money knowing they are no longer going to send out there goods shame on you at ukbathrooms. I would stay well away from this company if you are looking to buy for a bathroom.

I have given up trying to get a response from UKbathrooms regarding two incorrect items that were delivered to me. After reading other reviews on here, I have resigned myself to ordering the correct items elsewhere and being £400 out of pocket.

Do not use this company. They will take your money and not deliver anything. Like most people look them up on X, no calls or emails are getting answered and deliveries not being shipped. For your information, I found another company COA Living, this is selling the same bathroom stuff, cheaper prices...and wait for it, from the same address! Maybe they are the same company, website been up since 2024. Had an online chat with a Dan who said it was a different company, but I also had emails from a Dan at UKBathrooms. So it’s up to you to make your mind up on the above information. I am taking this further now as I believe they are a scam company.

Their website said that they had all the goods I ordered in stock. They didn’t.

They said that they would keep me updated with my order’s progress. They didn’t.

They said I could contact them by phone. I couldn’t.

My experience is very poor and would advise you to stay well clear of this company.

My order is over a month late now. Shambles.

A company not to be trusted! They are quick to sell things then never respond when you email about delivery dates. The phone is never answered (from as early as 9am and throughout the day) but goes on to an automated reply saying call back later. I do wonder if this company is one big scam?! (Their registered company name is also different). I’ve now attempted to cancel my order as it beyond the 3-10 day delivery window promised (and will wait to see if my email is acknowledged).

Ordered a shower screen from UK bathrooms, 1 week later they contact me requesting an additional £120 for delivery, which was declined and agreed apon a refund. To which I have now been waiting 5 weeks for my refund, promises of returning the refund then ignoring all correspondence after 2 weeks. Robyn and Dan are both ignoring my emails and not picking up the phone. I am really disappointed with UK bathrooms, and will never use again and recommend everyone not to use them. -5* worst experience I have ever had with a company, please all potential customers look elsewhere.

Through B&Q and during a renovation, we bought a £348 radiator from UK Bathrooms. Owing to wrong sizing, we had to return it and UK Bathrooms agreed a refund but getting hold of them involved a VERY lengthy, anxious-making campaign of communication. We paid £50 for the collection of the rad with Rhemus and from that point on, it took an unacceptable, repeat number of emails and calls - "...phone lines have been down for two weeks..." - to finally receive the £348 refund and that only happened with B&Q's intervention. Communication about the refund started 25 Jan - refund arrived today 4 April. I will NEVER buy from this place again

Gave the company the benefit of the doubt and placed an order for items supposedly in stock....now struggling to get any response from them about delivery. Beware - the phone number (when you eventually find it on the web - it's not on the website) is never answered. You just have to hope you get a reply to your emails.

Will be asking my credit card copy to refund my payment.

They will take your money but have no intent to supply goods. They will not answer email or phone calls. Likely either a scam or have gone bust.
