NEVER AGAIN
I have recently dealt with this company and unfortunately i didn't have a great experience. I have gone 2 week through the measurements for the cut out of tap and sink with them. And when they arrived on site one of the antique zinc worktop the tap hole was done wrongly. They apologized and re-done it. All it had to do is to place the tap hole on the right side. The next worktop arrived with the wrong sink measures.... The company then made us pay for another worktop as we didn't say the sink sizes again( when we clearly said everything else is fine but the tap hole on the other size) .... Not to say the delay and the inconvenience that our customer was left with and we been the ones to suffer consequences . Overall we had to pay even more for this company errors. Never again

We did put the tap holes in the incorrect position with the first worktop and we did put this right straight away for them. We requested that they send us the sink again so that we could get the correct fit like we do for all sink cut outs they refused to do this and gave us the sink size over the phone which we then put in an email confirmation for them to confirm the size we were cutting out the sink too which they confirmed was the correct size. The builder had given us the incorrect size which he admitted and asked us to make a new worktop which we did before all our other orders.
