Following a crack in cistern, from the time of contacting Roca uk customer service to a home engineer visiting today, not only did they replace the cracked one they did another one with the same batch , Roca I'm my opinion did a sterling job, efficient and effective a professional, a good company to deal with. Thank you.

Purchased macerating toilet had installed by plumber with at least 45 years experience. At the first use it made terrible pulsing noise after flushing contacted Raj customer services assistant sent video of installation and noise problem he said it was installed incorrectly would not consider any option other we reinstalled the unit and he THOUGHT that would cure the problem would not let me speak to engineer would not consider any other cause from behind his customer services desk. We felt we had no choice but to follow this course of action could not do immediately as had lots of other things going on which I will not bore you with. We took out lots of the newly installed pipe work made new holes in the wall all at our expense reinstated the original unit same problem awful pulsing noise after flushing. Got back in touch with customer services assistant
he agreed to send new macerating unit replaced original one worked perfectly first time. Got back in touch with customer services he said we had damaged the first unit by using for while before replacing even though it had not worked correctly from the first flush. He was rude put the phone down on me during one conversation would not consider any other opinion than his own. Would give rating of 4 for product and 0 for customer service employee had that been an option

I would like to share my experiance with Roca in a very positive way we had a problem with a shower tray we purchased through City Plumbing.

We made contact with Roca directly and we were dealt with by a gentle man called Jordan Massey, who listened to our story, our concerns, he was a great ambassador for the company, and organised a replacement tray amd fitting for us without any hassle thank you Mr Massey wonderful service.

Beyond my expectations.
I called Roca to get their help identifying a part for an 5 year old cistern. They asked me to email with photos to make sure they could identify the right part. Alice Talbot from After Sales replied very quickly and actually offered to send me the part as a replacement for free. Very impressed, thank you

We had an issue with 2soft close Rica toilet seats. I sent a video to show the issue. Immediately I had an email saying that 2 new toilet seats were sent out to me. Really appreciate the swift action taken by Alice at the After sales dept. Many thanks.

I contacted Roca by email regarding the replacement seat for my toilet. Alice Talbot responded really quickly on the same day. She was very helpful and helped me identify what seat I needed to get, the price, and where to buy from. Thank you Alice very much again.

Really impressed with the after sales team. I bought a vanity unit with 2 drawers, several years ago, but recently noticed that one drawer was a little wobbly. When I looked, I saw that there were 2 screws missing so phoned Roca for advice. I hoped to find the product code and buy a pack. I was asked to email in and was connected to Megann. Megann was AMAZING! She looked into it and found that you had to buy the drawer too. She then said that she had a few in the office that might just fit. She posted them out to me (without cost) and they are spot on. Megann definitely went above and beyond and I’m really grateful to her.

Contacted Roca today as we had lost instructions to install toilet that we purchased last month and they emailed over straight away. Alice was very friendly and helpful on the phone.

Had a problem with toilet flush. Spoke to Roca (Megaan). After discussing it with her, I followed her suggestions which did not work. Megasn then agreed to send a new part out and hopefully this will solve the problem. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!

My whole residentals have Roca toilets downstairs one cant even flush pee and toilet paper well its even worser with poo it leaves a toxic smell all day and night and one day i was in my residental room and i went to the toilet after it was blocked i used the dunny brush and it kept bloking for hours i couldent pee or poo for hours im very dissapointed now i need to pay thousands to buy a toilet and for fitting it i would like Roca to give me a refound not happy:( im feeling ####ed

if you make big blobs of poo this brand isint for you
i would recomend you to buy |Armitage Shanks toilets if you put alot of things in their +toilet paper.

Ps.i feel disapointed.

I have a Roca Vanity unit and the paint has peeled off the Draw units. You can see its shiny underneath so the product before painting was not prepped properly. I contacted customer service who told me to go back to the supplier to order spare parts.
I did go to the reseller and they told me to take Photo's and go back to Roca. High end quality prices but budget finish. Wont be ordering Roca again.

Had a problem with a toilet seat that was fitted when we bought the house new a couple of years ago. Megann was really helpful and responded really quickly solving the problems and providing a replacement seat quickly.
Excellent after sales service.

I had an issue with finding a replacement part and contacted the After Sales team as didnt know what part i needed. Have to say a massive thank you to Megann for dealing with my enquiry so quickly and being so super helpful. I now have the part i need and in its own way my experience has made me think i would always buy ROCA products going forward

I rang customer service and was told what I needed to do after I explained what was wrong with my toilet seat,and within 30 minutes I was e-mailed to say a new toilet seat would be delivered in days.

Very pathetic performance, higher end product performance is like a cheap quality product. It hardly stayed as brand new less than 8months, not recommended the products for India,Toilet/accessories, color fading , No after sales support, they are finding excuses to put the blame back on others.

Had a fault with my tap leaking

The after sales team couldn’t have been more helpful and have sent me the part that I needed.

The help I received from Alice T is sufficient to encourage me to buy more products from Roca in the future.

I am afraid I have had a very poor experience with Roca. I bought a concealed wc cistern recently and the cistern plate did not fit. I am now on my 3rd plate and that does not fit either. I have even been advised by Roca customer service as to which plate is suitable but apparently there are lots of different plates called by the same name. None of them have worked. Other people must have had this experience too. So currently I have a brand new cistern which is incomplete and cannot be used. Roca….. please give me the correct advice. Your lovely showroom in London looks wonderful but if I have no working toilet the displays mean nothing

Contacted Roca as we had some very old showers not regulating temperature that well. Expected to to purchase some new thermostatic cartridges but to my delight the lovely customer assistant Megann told us we had a lifetime warranty and sent 2 brand new cartridges out!
Fantastic customer service, cannot fault!

Needed a new part for a 10 yr old toilet. Sent info and photos as requested, got reply with exact part and model number within an hour. Go Alice!!!
