I tried to order a strap twice and it was refunded twice because "due to Covid 19" shipping to the US was not possible.
Well, I read what Deutsche Post thought about it and even sent it to the people at Uhrband to show them that Deutsche Post delivers letters (the strap comes in a letter) but not parcels. Uhrband24 didn't do anything and still refunded me which due to currency conversions cost me around $10.
Eventually I found a way to ship it to a friend of mine in Germany who just put it into another envelope and sent it to me. Done deal. I got the item.
But Uhrband24 was a disappointment. That level of service was poor, inconsiderate and instead of making the impossible to serve their customers, they preferred to avoid the hassle and just cancel the order.

Ordered an original watchstrap and clasp. Took some time but a lot cheaper than ordering through a retailer here.
Stock status was a bit misleading. The items had to be ordered from Switzerland.
The first package could not be delivered and they asked if I wanted to cancel.
Good with quick responses, status updates and help from Uhrband24.
Good that the package could be traced the whole way.
Would probably buy from them again if I would want another original watch strap.

Verry bad support, no reaction on revocation form send by e-mail.

The product took some time to arrive after it was ordered, but worth the wait. The team is responsive to the communication. They ship with a tracking number which is a big plus point & most importantly it was the exact product i was looking for.
I would highly recommend the seller.

I made a mistake in my purchase and they dealt with it quickly and without hassle and sent the correct product without any further charge. If only all sellers were like this.

I needed shell cordo strap for my watch. I looked all over. This firm offered Horween shell cordo at a great price, especially for a product made in Germany. The strap was shipped and arrived quickly. Upon arrival, I found it to be a top quality product and very, very nice and well-made! I will buy my straps from them from now on!
