I have been trying to get in contact with their customer service representative and I have zero luck. its all automatic to uendi (chat bot) which doesnt have all the answer. be ready to not get any answer or help for anything
Trying to open an account with them for 2 weeks. It seems impossible. There's always the same story picture of the cedula is not clear. I took probably 20 pictures and somehow none of them is correct. So the application is under review. They state that they will get back to you with the results of their review and they never do. They want you to enable location service on your phone. Why? Overall, terrible experience.
