Unprofessional & Unreliable — Holding Refund for 8 Months!
UE Amsterdam has been holding my refund for over 8 months. On May 26, they transferred my tuition fees to the WRONG bank due to pure carelessness. They called and promised to fix it within 1–2 weeks, but broke their word—zero progress, total silence. Their negligence cost me my Belgian university admission and a full academic year. Absolutely zero accountability!

My experience with the student advisory service at UE Amsterdam has been excellent. The team
especially Sujita Rawat was attentive, responsive, and genuinely supportive, guiding me through every stage of the application process. They made sure I had everything I needed and kept me informed at each milestone. It's reassuring to know that the school invests this much in the student experience even before resumption. I'd confidently recommend UE Amsterdam to any prospective student.

First and foremost UE Amsterdam is having great flexibility for student as they can choose various intakes throughout the year according to their personal timings. The staff and supporting team is very great at communication. Especially Mrs Sujita she's been part of the on-boarding journey. Still I haven't got my visa yet but she's helped me in every steps whether it is to be a change of agent, documentation support, or any other queries. Grateful for the services, hopefully every other student will like it just as me. If one thing which may needs some improvement is Student portal. The updates don't get frequently notified there and sometimes it is difficult to log in.

The clear communication and timely advice made the experience great. In particular, Devesh Akhilesh Dwivedi was very helpful and cooperative, always providing prompt and clear responses to my questions, which made the process much less stressful.

The university is doing well in providing structured support and maintaining consistent communication with applicants. One area for improvement could be providing slightly more detailed guidance at the very beginning to make the process even clearer for new students.

Overall, I had a very positive experience and would recommend their advisory service to future applicants.

Every aspect is made easy and smooth so there is no stress about anything during the whole process. On top of that they have a very open line of communication (2-way) and are extremely quick to help with unforeseen issues.
