Excellent Customer Service.
From creating the account to starting the applications and submitting. Everyone I have spoken to at UCheck has been extremely helpful and knowlegeable. I have spoken to x2 Olivers, a Charlotte and a Lynette, all of whom have excelled in their customer service skills. I have been walked through the process with confidence and find the website very user friendly. Would 100% recommend to any employer that needs to get these checks done.

I have dealt with uCheck a lot over the years, and have communicated with lots of different members of staff, some experiences good and some not so good. However, today I spoke with Lynette who was wonderful. I was chasing up a DBS that was still being processed by the Police despite the check being submitted over 60 days ago. She explained things to me clearly, and explained what I needed to do and the time frame that I was looking at as we were in desperate need of this DBS certificate. She escalated the issue whilst she was on the phone with me, and emailed me shortly afterwards with everything we had discussed in writing. A member of uCheck staff had told me last week when I phoned that the escalation would happen automatically after 60 days, but clearly that had not happened. Thank goodness that I phoned and spoke with Lynette as she provided me with reassurance and kick-started the investigation into the DBS's status. Some members of staff who provide excellent customer service, need a shout out sometimes. Thankyou.

I was struggling to get my head around things, it wasn't going as fast as I wanted and I was getting frustrated, I selected some incorrect choices on a form and thought I mucked it all up!
Along came Becca via email, 5 or 6 emails always polite and friendly and very prompt replies, it all got sorted Thanks Becca

Medicana are a new client at UCHECK and Oliver Kipling and Martin Harris have been exceptionally helpful in guiding me through the process and answering any questions that I have. I have used this service before with another private healthcare provider which is why I wanted to use it again. Martin has been very patient and guided me through and I would definitely want to contact him again if I needed advice.

I had an ongoing issue with my address details and thus prevented me from completing the UCheck application form. My daughter is starting Primary School Teaching in September and really need this check done before the summer holidays.

A really helpful woman called Jean Davies could not have done more for us! She tried to resolve the issue herself and then having no luck she liaised with the IT Team to help us fix the error. We eventually got there....and we were really grateful for this excellent customer service! She really did go the extra mile....

My company has been using UCheck for over 10 years and I have been the account holder. it has recently been decided that I too should have a DBS check but I cannot do my own authorisation. I contacted the customer services and was connected with a young lady called Sharna. She was extremely helpful and informed me that there were 3 other people on the account who could authorise my application. sadly 2 of the three people are no longer with us but the third is in an office along the corridor. Sharna informed me she would send this person new login details to enable them to access the site. by the time I had walked the 15 paces to this guys office the email had been received and opened. Now THAT is what you call a service. Sharna was polite, charming, extremely knowledgeable and a pleasure to talk to. She needs a pay rise or promotion as this kind of customer service needs rewarding.
