I purchased a product online

I purchased a product online, paid for it plus shipping. after a week I wondered where it was so went on to track it and found my order had been cancelled... no communication, no idea why, product was marked in stock when I purchased it, no email, no refund. I contacted them via 3 ways (email, dispute on their page, and live chat) still no answer, still no refund. they are a rip off who take your money and don't send anything. don't trust them. go somewhere else

Ordered a collectible item, no communication, Item arrived with shipping packaging in mint condition however the manufacturer packaging inside was scratched, scuffed, dented, creased and had a sticky brown stain on the bottom. I opened a dispute through their website and got, surprise surprise, no communication. Then I opened a dispute through PayPal. This elicited a response but the seller wanted me to post the item back at my expense and would give me a refund for the purchase price once they received the item. This is not reasonable as they knowingly sent me a damaged item that they knew was useless to a collector. I believe they should bear the cost of return postage as well. Why should I be out of pocket because they are scumbags that fob their customers off with sub standard products.
UPDATE - Once they received the item I rang them. Not sure of the name of the guy I spoke to but he processed the refund there and then on the spot, no issues. Very surprised and very pleased with the service at point of contact in this instance.
So all in all the level of service at UAVME can be fantastic but can also be dismal. I would recommend speaking to them directly by phone for any and all inquiries as this seems to be the best way to get a resolution as it seems that on line stuff seems to get overlooked but service level is fine in person.

Great store

Scum that lie say the can do express post what the mean is we use a company that take 20 days longer then Australia post . And then they get the shits with you when you ask why your order hasn't been sent out when you ordered it express a week ago

The battery on Mavic Air 2 died and I was looking for a replacement. Most places offering the genuine DJI battery were all within a couple of bucks of the retail price plus postage. these guys gave a bit better deal and offered free postage through Ebay. Product arrived in a few days, undamaged. A great experience. Would recommend.

All these negative reviews are more than likely due to crappy shipping companies and third party sites like kogan.

Avoid at all cost

UAV ME, who also trade as FTB gadgets and collectables on Kogan's platform, are absolutely terrible. My experience was much the same as everyone else on here. Customer support is pretty much non-existent when there is an issue and if they do bother to respond it is usually some smart ar$e comment in broken English. Do yourself a favor, avoid at all costs and shop elsewhere.

Very poor customer service!

Very poor customer service!
Purchased a product and only used it once before it broke.
The product has lapsed the warranty period which I accept, however I was told it needs to be maintained in a very specific manner which no information is provided with the product or at the time of purchase. There was no attempt at customer service to resolve the issue at all.
