I'm sorry to hear about the issue with the tire labeling. We were not aware of this difference between the information on our website and the actual label on the tire. This is certainly not acceptable and something we take very seriously.

The tires you purchased had a delivery time of 7 working days from an external warehouse. If we had had them in Sweden, the delivery time would have been around 2-4 days.
As it is for today, drop shipping is a very common thing, it is even more common with tires nowadays due to the lack of production of winter tires.
Regarding the labels on the tires, this is actually a problem with tires shipped all the way from Japan. The tire has been moved and reloaded in both containers and trucks many times and these labels on the tires are at risk of coming off in these shipments.
Therefore, the EU has created the new EU labels that you can find on the internet in all stores, including ours. In this case, you can actually see the labels even though they have come off on the tires themselves.
On the pictures you have sent us, it can be confirmed that the tires you received correspond to the values that the tires have on on our website.

An excellent product discovery experience, including all of the relevant tire specs information up front easy to see! From ease of discovery and navigation & use of your webpage, to the purchase, my status enquiry call with customer service (I called to understand the DHL delivery), everything was easy and smooth.
Bought a quality brand vinterdäck at a price much lower than prisjakt/etc.

Jag förstår varför Tyred scores the…
Jag förstår varför Tyred scores the highest in reviews. I ordered a set of four tires on a Friday and they showed up at the tire store the following Monday--in a small village. I was able to choose any tire service (not just the one appearing on the Tyred map). The order was perfect, the customer service was quick, helpful and pleasant (and spoke English well), and even the price was the best deal because the delivery charges were low.
