Written instructions weren’t updated from a previous model/product, this gave confusion for setting up & operating the machine initially, but Neal the product specialist was straight on a video call with me to iron out the confusion, very kind, professional, calm & knowledgeable. Fantastic service!

I got issue with tyre machine and they don’t come physically and fix by virtual platform which is really good and time convenient . No need to wait for anyone and our problem is fix quickly and easily. They help me alot. Appreciate for their guidance. Thanks

I had such a great experience with Tyre Bay Direct! I had a few special requests – I asked for the items to be packed nicely, delivered on a specific day, and even to have a note left on the package as it was a gift. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was done perfectly. The staff were absolutely lovely and so helpful throughout the whole process. Couldn’t recommend them enough – amazing service!

Inverness is ON mainland uk ! It doesn’t cost me any extra by Royal Mail to send to London ?? So don’t see why extra to send north ??

Very good customer service

I had an issue with the tyre changer, rang for help, got a video call back within minutes and then received a live walk through the problem talking me through the actions required to rectify.
I also enquired about operating instructions for the balancer as I was struggling to understand some of the written ones. I then got a live training session on the video call followed up with a link to a training video in a message.
Excellent after sales service from Neal.

Ask for help in getting the right machine but they don’t reply. Not the best start.

17:00 approx had a reply after submitting with info on machine. But no info my email address to be added to subscription page. PS if Trustpilot want to remove this as they don't believe its a genuine review go for it as I lost faith in things like this years ago. I only trust my own info.

They sent my order, order was damaged, they sent replacement, next day. Very good.

Paid invoice in full. Only received half of the order and still no sign or indication when the remaining goods paid for will be delivered. Not a great start to say this is the first time we have used you, and probably will be the last
