Communication?? What
I rang the same day I ordered to make sure was all correct, the phone number is for a women that doesn’t even work in the office, she’s said her name was Sam. The email I sent was to a justas, says it comes from uk warehouse, it doesn’t, from Lithuania, states 1-3 days shipping. Just under 2 weeks. Asked why, he then tells me latest Friday it’s Saturday I’ve rang Royal Mail and they are saying mid next week. Keep clear and use another company. Will be easier and wish I used ev freaks now probably would have had it now. All I wanted was honesty and everyone seems to come up with excuses. Take the criticism and use it

Evo easy+ for bosch
Bought the Speedfun Furious Evo Easy+ for my new Haibike Trekker 3, was slightly hesitant about which to buy and wether it would work along side my gps tracker. Emailed them and talked to Sima in person and got the information i needed from manufacturer regarding latest software. Unfortunately they were out of stock, but got one from european stockist which took 7 days and refunded my express delivery promptley. On arrival i was being a bit thick installing it and called Sima who again was happy to help me and soon had tuning chip in and running. Now my bike is running the way i want. Thank you guys i will be sure to recommend you to people i know.

Released too early
Unfortunately the chip is too sensitive to fast acceleration which confused it therefore restricting it to 16mph and affecting the output power of the motor.
Great customer support to help resolve this issue but looks like the manufacturer needs to go back to the drawing board.

Giant Revolt E+ Shimano Tuning kit - PearTune
The guys at Two Wheel Empire were extremely friendly and helpful via WhatsApp’s helping me find the suitable tuning kit for my bike. The ordering process was quick and I had received my kit 3 days after my order.
The tuning kit itself has transformed my bike into what I believe it should be straight out the box. I’ve own my e bike about 18 months before I de-restricted it and I regret not doing it sooner. The first run out on it I reached 36mph on a flat 😝 and I was smiling ear to ear. Brilliant company, amazing tuning kit & and one very happy customer.
