Ordered a volspeed v4 and asked for info before arrival, brilliant service and after a chat my questions were answered. Very friendly staff go above and beyond to help. The v4 arrived on the expected date, fitted to bike easily and following the programming all works perfect. No more brick wall on my orbea wild using rotor magnet and wired speed sensor.

I ordered a volspeed 4 recently for a bosch active line 40nm motor, and whoo what a difference!!! Literally 2 minutes to install, and really easy to activate/deactivate !! Exceptional customer service, really quick to respond to any questions/querieswould highly recommend!!

Fab service so far not fitted chip yet but I’m sure it will be great

Any one know how long on average and order takes too Australia it's been 33days waiting for my speed box and hasn't been tracked for 20 days starting to wonder if it's coming

just purchased a volspeed v3 for my lapierre electric mountain bike with a pw st motor.i have to say i was a bit unsure if i could do it as im not mechanical at all
followed instructions and it was so easy a child could do it .only gone for a quick ride so far went from 16mph-now going 28mph . lost a little bit of torque it feels like but to top end is awesome no error codes
just easy riding 5 stars so far thank you

Good communication to make sure I ordered the correct part for my bike.

My partner gifted me a expensive 'speedbox' gadget with Bluetooth app for my Shimano steps powered ebike.
She brought in early December from 'Two Wheels' & I received on Xmas day ,the 25th. The device needed fitting to my ebike which I did do in early January. Immediately the device messed up my ebike. The Bluetooth app was unstable, inaccurate & frankly unusable. The device did not do what it said it should do.
I contacted Two Wheelies & reported in great detail my problems. I asked for a full refund. The contact was pleasant but not helpful, & refused to refund sighting the device was beyond the 14/28 day distance selling regulations. For **** **** it was Xmas & I was very detailed in my appraisal of what I felt was a shonky lemon of a expensive £260 gadget. Still no joy , and they repeated direction to take a replacement. I did not want another nor try another. Eventually after an age , & a return at my cost , & 3wks for their 'inspection', I received refund minus a 5% stocking fee. Two Wheeled Empire are quiet imperial in their poor customer service. It's all happy smiles to get your money but it's only their dogmatic way & no other if there is a problem. The Speed box 1.2 BT for Shimano is utter crap, and the BT app doubly so. And TW emp have no good faith or favour in their not good customer service. Avoid.

Prior to my purchase for some heavy duty SurRon pegs bracket I got in touch via whatsapp with the company. The girl behind WhatsApp was extremely helpful and checked for availability in the shop. The package was packed superbly and arrived quite quickly. I highly recommand these people they are helpful, kind and have a well mannered clientele.

Having had an issue with the chip supplied I conatcted customer services. After returning the chip I was offered a replacement but i decided to change the brand of chip as a replacement.
This was not a problem and the new chip was dispatched and is working fine.
A trustworthy company to deal with and went above and beyond to satisfy my expectations.
