The guys were prompt on time and completed our move quickly with care and no damage. Great job done

The two men arrived a couple of minutes early and set to work packing the truck. They were very efficient and the job was done in a shorter time frame than I had anticipated. Both guys were very personable and pleasant. Very pleased with the whole experience.

They turned up on time. They did the work efficiently and with care. What's not to like?

We used this company for a small but tricky relocation of a heavy queen bed base.
The two very young men arrived with one of them seemingly on for his first day. They spent a fair bit of time negotiating best approach.
I did t follow them down the apartment stairs however I should have as they scratched the bed base and stair well extensively.
They the dropped the bed, said zero about the damage and called me to approve payment.
It was later that I realised damage done.
Their solution is $60 as my mistake was to not take out insurance. I used this company as I was concerned about the damage I might do. What a joke! Two Backpackers and a Truck would be better suited. Be warned.

I want to start by saying the team who moved me were genuinely lovely. Careful with my things, polite, and easy to deal with. That said, the move itself (a small load, less than a one-bedroom) took longer than I expected, and I felt the pace didn't quite match the size of the job, which obviously impacted the final cost.

What really stood out, though, was how the company handled my feedback afterwards. I called and spoke with Grace in admin, who took the time to genuinely look into what happened. Checking the booking details, talking to the crew, and coming back to me with a clear explanation. They acknowledged their viewpoint of what added time, and offered a goodwill refund without me having to push for it.

It's rare to get that level of follow-through after the fact. A move not going perfectly is one thing, but a company that listens, investigates properly, and makes it right is what actually earns a good review from me. That's why I'm rating this as high as I am, despite the rough start.

Polite, fast, efficient and friendly. Booked in the morning and was able to get a same day service. The two guys took an hour less than I had reckoned on so I was happy.

Gus and Luke were our removalists for our move and were great. They were very hard working, but also relaxed and kind, and no request was too difficult for them. Would definitely recommend and use again!

What a great move! The guys turned up on time, were polite and friendly and nothing was too much of a problem, and unlike so many people today, were not glued to their phones when their hands weren't filled with our furniture and boxes. Want help moving? Two Men and a truck should be your go to.

Very disappointing experience. The removalists arrived without the appropriate tools needed to disassemble our furniture and appeared unfamiliar with how to do so correctly. What should have been a routine part of the move became a frustrating and time-consuming process, resulting in damage and unnecessary stress.
We trusted that a professional moving company would send staff who were properly equipped and trained to handle common household furniture. Unfortunately, that was not our experience.
While the company eventually offered a settlement of $420, this amount only reflected the additional time spent by the removalists trying to work out the disassembly process. It did not adequately account for the damage, inconvenience, and stress caused. Overall, we were left disappointed with both the service provided and the resolution offered.

Excellent service from Daniel and Otto (correct names I hope!) They communicated well, were polite and friendly, and very understanding of complex family situation. I would recommend them again.

We decided to use this Removals’s company for a small but complicated / heavy relocation of a heavy queen size bed.
All seemed to go well… until we looked at the white bed base noting it was now scratched down the entire length of one edge. They dragged the heavy base down the stair well leaving white paint on stair treads. No Apoligies, no honestly.
A photo was texted to driver, nothing. Same photo texted to coordinator from whom a reply was received advising he will contact me. Then nothing.
I emailed same complaint and received a reply saying we will investigate and let you know our findings in six business days. So I have an ugly scratch on our bed which is something I could have done and was the reason we booked professional movers.
Not happy.
Update_ advised we should have taken out insurance which insinuates it’s my fault. $60 offered which won’t go near to covering costs to repair. Beware of using these amateurs.

Perfect job. The guys were great!

I have used other removalist companies in the past. And rarely did all the guys work consistently (almost always) so the jobs took a long time.

I have now used 2 men & a truck 4 times. They all work hard, consistently and carefully. Making the job smoother and quicker. The teams I have encountered have all been polite and easy to communicate with also. Highly recommend to anyone

Caio, Pereira, Bernado, Kauan and Fabricio were fantastic. Nothing was a problem and they took care at both ends of the removal. Who not hesitate to recomend or use them again. Thank you.
