If I could have left a No Star review, I would have done. I bought the Black Mongolian fur jumper from this Company in Nov/Dec 25. Which I absolutely loved. I decided to buy the Camel colour in January. Both products were delivered promptly, of course they were they were getting £140 per item. After wearing the Camel colour jumper maybe 3 times at most, I noticed a small hole appear at the very front. After paying that much for the jumper, I contacted their Customer Services to explain and sent them photos, it took forever for them to reply and when they did they asked for larger photos to be sent, which I did. This was 3 Weeks ago now and after following up with another message and email, I have still not heard back from them. Reading other reviews on here, I think this is their common practice of not replying when having to sort an issue. I WOULD NOT recommend anyone to spend their hard earned money with this Company, Absolutely disgusting Customer Service….. buy from some other Company that Values their Custom.
Wow shocking customer service
Wow, what a shocking customer service, firstly when I was sending the coat back I was asking in a box what I wanted meaning refund or exchange so I really wanted the coat so asked for a exchange, I had been emailing the prior to this asking if when I would receive the coat back or if I could pick it up as it wasn’t far from me, I paid £18 delivery to make sure it got there for the weekend, to find out that they don’t open on a weekend & they had only received it on the Monday. I then messaged on instagram as none got back to me for days over the coat, i got to Wednesday that week and I was told that the email I had sent over via Instagram wasn’t the one that they had regarding the coat which is a lie as I had spoken to someone asking for a update.
To then be told that the coat I wanted in a smaller size wasn’t actually in stock until this week?
What an actual joke the price they charge for coats and to have this type of attitude is actually shocking! I have asked for a refund on the postage as it wasnt clear enough.
Would never buy again as not even had an apology for the messing round! Disgusting as most of the reviews are on here

Great customer service
I received my coat next day and it was great quality, however it wasn’t for me. I was a bit hesitant to order initially due to the other reviews about returns issues, but that wasn’t my experience at all. Customer service was really helpful - I sent my return on Friday and got my refund within 4 days. Although I returned the item, I still wanted to leave a review about their customer service as it was really good in my experience!

Wrong size and ignoring emails
They sent me the wrong size - they first offered a 10% refund for their mistake and now they are ignoring all emails. Very poor customer service especially when their website also states a response within 24 hours. Refusing to communicate demonstrates they are not running an honest successful business.

Bad customer service

Awful Product Quality and Customer Service
I am writing this review to express my sincere disappointment and frustration with both the poor quality of the product and the appalling customer service I have experienced.
The product I purchased ripped within just a few hours of wear, clearly reflecting its subpar quality. However, the real disappointment lies in the complete lack of care or resolution from the customer service team. Despite multiple attempts to contact them, my emails and requests to speak to management have been deliberately ignored. The team has shown no interest in providing a replacement or even acknowledging the issue.
This level of disregard is unacceptable. It feels as though this company has no respect for its customers once they have taken your money. The product is not worth the price, and the service is a rip-off.
I strongly urge others to avoid purchasing from here unless you want to be severely let down by both the quality of the items and the service you receive. Save your time, money, and patience – this is a company that fails to deliver on all fronts.

Small team trying to live up to customer’s expectations. Beautiful products.
Previously had a disappointing experience due to my order being shipped to a wrong address with no tracking information or updates.
After multiple attempts to contact the shop they explained they were busy with photoshoots and were therefore very short staffed on replying to customer emails - which is completely understandable given it’s a small team handling high volumes of orders.
Anyway, they apologised and offered free next day DHL shipping for my item and I received it promptly the following day. Absolutely beautiful item and very well made. Thank you!

Horrendous returns process and ugly item
If you don't like your item, good luck with getting a refund. They will ignore all emails and questions as soon as they receive the return. I had to file a dispute with paypal and they also ignored paypal twice which led to paypal refunding me the amount I paid. I also paid extra for a next-day return and they refused to receive the package until two days after. Overall, horrible experience and non-responsiveness, it took around a month to get a refund via paypal. Make sure to place your order through paypal if you want to risk it. Aside from that the item I received did not fit that great and wasn't as great of quality as one would expect. I know their items look nice online but I would look at other alternatives, there are many stores like constance the label with better quality items and similar price range..
Negative experience
After waiting for my order for more than 7 days with no update and no response to my emails, I have now received an automated email saying that my order has been cancelled. No explanation given. No apology for the time wasted!
Painful Refund Process
The ordering process and delivery were smooth however the coat I ordered was not sized correctly and a different colour than the image online. The returns process was lengthy and painful. Eventually was refunded (2 months later) but not before having emails ignored and needing to raise a dispute through my credit card company. Based on this experience I would never buy from twentyfall again

they charge you for everything
First of all you have to pay the delivery costs which are not quite cheap and won’t get a return label in the box. Second they charge you for all taxes - and their products aren’t cheap
Unbelievable that they want you to pay almost 100€ for delivery in Europe in 2022. won’t buy again !!!
