Communication was a bit poor. Ordered some pawls which were very reasonably priced but the tracking info kept saying that there was no update right up to the day I received the items.

2) If an item is forgotten on initial order and you go back on and further order, why can’t these be amalgamated rather than 2 separate postage bills

As the orders were placed separately, they are processed independently through our system. For this reason, they cannot be amalgamated once placed, and separate carriage charges apply.
